3度目の滞在になります。以前より、少しうるさくなった印象です。駐車場が満車で、宿泊しているにも関わらず、駐車できないことが３泊の間に３回もありました。駐車場自身が管理されておらず、枠外に止めていることで通れなくなっていたり、改善の余地があると思います。

地元の人にも人気の老舗ホテル 歴史と伝統、素晴らしいロケーション特別なホテル 地元の人が特別なイベントの時に利用するレストランがある バーを利用しましたがとても素敵でした。 周辺の工事の音がうるさかったのが残念でした

良かった点　ホテル入口にいた従業員が親切だった。レストランの雰囲気が良かった。 マイナス点　COVIDのせいかもしれないが、フロントとホテルの部屋が離れすぎていてわかりにくい。部屋が狭く、荷物を置くスペースがない。部屋及び設備が古い。トイレの流れが悪く、バスタブは滑りやすく転けそうになった。部屋の中に羽あり虫が結構いて、気持ち悪いほどでもないが快適ではなかった。

We had such an amazing stay at Eldorado Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so warm and welcoming. The cleanliness was top-notch—our room was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. The vibe of the place is honestly unmatched—peaceful, scenic, and full of good energy. Waking up by the lake and just soaking in the views was the highlight of our trip. And the food… absolutely delicious! Every meal we had was fresh, flavorful, and so well presented. You can tell they really care about the experience. Overall, it was the perfect mix of relaxation, great service, and good vibes. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to! ✨

If you appreciate places with history and a bit of soul, the Eldorado stands out. It has that classic, almost European lakeside energy—nothing cookie-cutter about it. The setting is incredible, the vibe is quietly upscale, and it attracts a more refined crowd than most spots nearby. It’s become one of my favourite stays in Kelowna.

Such an amazing getaway always love staying in the arms building at el dorado

Some of the thing i would have expected from this stay. a tv that works, decent number of towels, keycards that work a bit more consistently, coffee machine that works, some of the staff were not very helpful. Perhaps its shoulder season and things are just getting going here, but i wasnt really overly impressed. The steam room was on point though.

The view of the lake and mountains was impressive. I appreciated friendly staff and great steam, sauna, pools and restaurants Eldorado & Manteo is so relaxing!

We enjoyed the resort but we wouldn’t choose this resort again. We were in the Eldorado side and I think we expected it to be more updated I guess. It’s a beautiful spot, but could use some renovations. We were also disappointed that the boardwalk was closed for upgrades and the pool in our building was closed for maintenance (and we still got charged a resort fee).

It was an overall excellent exoerience and overnight stay. Great view of the lake and surrounding area from the room.

Lakeview

It’s one of my favourite places to stay in Kelowna. It is annoying though having to go all the way over to the other property for check in.

We enjoyed our stay at the Eldorado. Our room was very clean, and the view of the lake was beautiful! However, the armchair in the room could use an update. We used the hot tub, which was relaxing after a day of skiing. The continental breakfast was great, with a beautiful presentation. We were surprised by the cost of two days of parking and thought the resort fee was excessive, but was made aware of it when booking.
