The check in process was a lil rough because they didnt have enough staff. Also they had a youth team of baseball players where the adults didnt have control of the kids and where running all over the floors. No peace at all. The rooms needs to be updated as they only have one floor renovated. Carlos at the front desk was great, cant complain he gave me a upgrade for the inconvience I had at the hotel. But surely needs upgrade

El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, el equipo de seguridad súper atento y preocupado, un señor de nombre Franklin fue muy profesional explicándome cómo moverme en la zona. Recomendaría cambiar los colchones, por lo demás todo excelente

Me gusta la ubicacion. Es muy conveniente. No me gusta: - La limpieza de las habitaciones es deficiente. La ropa de cama tiene malos olores. - El restaurant a la carta está por debajo del promedio en relacion calidad costo

It was an “okay” experience. Friendly staff.

I got there they put me in stincky room, its so stinck and they change my room to another room. They were not prepared for me and a long wait for me to get into my room.

El Hotel en general está muy bueno y su localización está excelente. Pero al momento de hacer el check-in el personal del hotel fue muy hostil y no me solucionaron la situación que tuve. tuve gastos extras.

The staffs are great.Very helpful and professional.The conditions of the rooms were unlivable.I have to pay more to be relocated to another remodelers room which was much better. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The location was okay residencial but no restaurants nearby only the one at the hotel.Breakfast was good..maybe after the renovation it will be better.

El hotel iva hacer magnifico hasta q me cambiaron de habitacion, no servia el telf , la cafetera sucia hasta q la cambiaron , el espejo del baño horrible,, la carpeta manchada , el peso roto, eso fue un disastre

Unfortunately, the overall staff experience was disappointing. Most of the team seemed either unhelpful or unsure of how to assist when asked basic questions. It often felt like they simply didn’t want to be bothered. That said, there were about 2 to 4 staff members who stood out for being genuinely friendly and welcoming — and I really appreciated their kindness. I hope management addresses the inconsistency in service, as it made a big difference in our stay.

The staff here is great! Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. It's kind of far from the places I want to go, but good if you plan to stay close. The pool is very nice. I especially enjoy the steam room.
