Amazing all inclusive resort

Dejligt og smukt resort. Sødt personale især bartenderen Nina!! Desværre var selve pool området og stranden dårligt vedligeholdt. Meget skrald på stranden som hotellet slet ikke rensede mens vi var der og solsengen/cabanas fyldt med sand og vand hver morgen, hvilket man ikke forventer af et 5 stjernet hotel.

Everything was wonderful! Big green clean resort, amazing beach front. Villas are very spacious for families. 10/10 location!

It was an amazing hotel with a perfect beach

We absolutely loved our stay in Mare Ayia Napa, what a lovely place. This was our first All Inclusive and we travelled as a family of 3 (toddler) and we absolutely loved it. Some of our fav things were: diversity in things to do for families (beach, swimming pools, lounge, kids area), a great variety for food available and lovely restaurant choices which came in handy as I have a very fussy eater. Rooms are very nice and clean, and staff was always helpful and friendly. Very happy overall and this has been the start of our many All Inclusive holidays to come

Unsere Suite war wirklich sehr schön mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Essen hat unseren Geschmack leider nicht getroffen (war sehr auf englische Gäste ausgelegt: Rührei mehr Sahne als Ei, alles war viel zu dick geschnitten) und auch die Getränke waren oft nicht überzeugend (viel zu süß). Schade war zudem, dass bereits frühmorgens fast alle Liegen reserviert waren, viele davon über Stunden ungenutzt und dies anscheinend toleriert wird. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns daher nicht ganz.

Excellent hotel for families

Enjoyable stay at modern hotel

We visited as a family of 9 and were very well looked after. The staff were friendly and always on hand. The swimming pools were warm and spacious. The beach was clean and peaceful. Our bungalow with the swim up pool was amazing. The massage at the spa was to a good standard. The food was good and the chefs were open to making additional food for coeliac and vegetarians. The sushi at Mikashu was good quality and the deserts were delicious. We had a great time and would recommend to everyone.

We had a great time here! Biser, George, Christos and the 2 girls working Narein + other (01/07 AM) were absolutely amazing!! These staff stood out to us and were super friendly and smily :) Great resort with plenty of extra activities!

La struttura è bella e ben mantenuta. I servizi purtroppo hanno orari semi-casuali e non allineati in modo molto sensato. Il buffet è ok, anche se da un 5* mi aspetterei un po' meglio. Le regole per i ristoranti con l'all inclusive sono complicate, e la qualità degli alcolici inclusi è molto bassa.

Professional, friendly, high quality service. Perfect choice for travelling with kids. Sea side bungalows are large enough to stay with kids.

Nice Place Nice service There were five of us, and we had two rooms where it was possible to darken the space at night. Unfortunately, in the third room this wasn’t possible, as it remained brightly lit throughout the night due to the pool area. Despite our complaint, the hotel chain did not offer any assistance. We were not offered a voucher or any other form of compensation. The sleeping conditions in the third room were far from satisfactory.

The village looks very nice, it is well-maintained. The one-bedroom swim-up suite was comfortable and clean, with two pool-side terraces.

Everything u need - local food could be a biiit more (fish)!

Best holiday resort i have ever visited - from the moment i checked in it was exceptional. Rooms, all staff from bar to reception to cleaners, fruit given out during day, room minibar re-stocked daily. Snack bar for All Inclusive was by far the highest quality i have seen. Worth every single penny.

We have been upgraded from standard bungalow (garden view) to suite with swim-up pool. Couldn’t be any happier during our staying.
