When checking out after 3 days we found a shoe under one bed and hair assecories under second bed. One very small and very used pillow in each bed, so asked the maid after first night for 2 extra, she would bring later but never got them. One bed had a contact to turn on light just behind my sons head, which during the night he couldnt avoid hitting several times, lightning up the whole room . Strange place to put a contact with that bed configuration.

Vi vart väl omhändertagna av den trevliga personalen. Rent och snyggt både själva hotellet samt rummen. Trevlig bar miljö samt väl tilltagen frukost. Själva restaurangen provade vi bara en kväll. God mat samt underbar service. Kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell.

Tolles Hotel mit hervorragender Lage, schönem Ausblick, nettem & hilfsbereitem Personal und vor allem dem besten Frühstückbuffet! So viele regionale, hausgemachte & frische Sachen - polnisch & international. Einfach nur empfehlenswert - die bereits 9 Besuche in den letzten 16 Jahren sprechen für sich :-)

Virkeligt dejligt hotel. Fin beliggenhed, gode faciliteter - min datter elskede at vi boede på samme etage som poolen - og dejligt mad. Vil helt klart vælge samme hotel en anden gang.

Fantastic Hotel in a great location. Loved the pool and spa area. All of the staff were welcoming and professional. Check in was quick, and easy. Breakfasts were lovely with plenty of choice. Easy for the train station just 5 mins walk and the Tram stop. Just the pillows which were poor quality, everything else fabulous.

Bra hotell med promenadavstånd till mycket. Rent och trevlig personal med en trevlig frukost.

Hotel Qubus was just wonderful - from start to finish. Friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast and I even learned a bit of Polish courtesy of the Polish commercials on our TV in our hotel room. Highly recommend.

The hotel is modern, clean, and very conveniently located. It has very nice amenities and an impressive breakfast bar. I'd recommend any friends and family to stay here.

Schitterende locatie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt, lekker restaurant, propere kamers, zwembad en sauna.

Amazing breakfast and great swimming pool with a view

Das Zimmer war der Wahnsinn, es war super sauber, der Minikühlschrank ist klasse und das Internet ist super schnell. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und lecker. Auch der Spa- Bereich ist super, Sauna, Pool, Gym - alles dabei. Es ist der Wahnsinn!!! Ich komme definitiv wieder.

The hotel is beautiful and the views from the suite booked were amazing! The breakfast buffet was very good, with over 100 items as advertised. Our suite was amazing with a beautiful view of the river and the old city. However, the AC was not working and with the current heatwave this was a problem! I went down to the desk and they said they were going to send maintenance, but were unable to do anything to fix it. I asked about another suite but all others were occupied. My wife did not want to give up the view so we stayed there, but were hot during the night. Next morning I talked to the manager, who wished we had been offered one of the fans they had available. Too late!! No compensation was offered.

Tip top Frühstück sehr gut

I only stayed 4 nights so did not request room service everyday. Breakfast was very good with wide choices available. Staff were very friendly but bar service can be a bit slow as only one Person to serve drinks.
