スタッフはフレンドリーで親切、そして効率的でした。部屋は広くて快適で、バルコニーからは市街と海の素晴らしい景色が見えます。素敵なプールもあります。3 基のエレベーターのうち 1 基はメンテナンス中で、他の 2 基を利用するのに列に並ばなければならないこともありました。ホテルの近くにはバーが数軒あり、毎晩たくさんの音楽とともにキャバレー ショーが開催されています。部屋からは音楽が聞こえてきましたが、それほど問題にはならず、普通に眠れました。

素敵なホテルで、立地も良かったです。部屋は清潔でバルコニー付きです。朝食は美味しく、コンチネンタル、アジア料理、インド料理など種類が豊富でしたが、タイ料理はありませんでした。プールは素敵で、子供たちで賑わっていました。次の休暇でまた戻ってきたいと思っています。部屋の掃除をしてくれた女性（Thoyさん）の一人がとても親切でフレンドリーでした。

Staf sangat ramah, hotelnya bagus dan breakfast dengan variasi makanan yang banyak. Mau pergi ke tempat belanja, ke patong beach ataupun cari makanan sangat dekat, tinggal jalan kaki. Sangat direkomendasikan.

I have a good and pleasant experience..the hotel was superb. And the location is good very convenience to walk around and do your shopping. They serve Halal breakfast and the food was nice. Its recommended to the muslim. Room are spaces, we stay at the Royal wing room.

Nice location 3min walk to Patong walking street and 10min walk to Patong beach. Clean room. Wide variety of breakfast but have no bacon😂. Many choices for bread. So so swimming pool.

Pros : Clean, spacious room, spacious bathroom. Breakfasts was ok, not bad. Cons : They charge THB 400 / kid / day. It is kind of scam for me. Not informed before and you were forced to pay when you checked in. They said you only book for two adulta and no kid. Please tell me where the h*** is the menu in the apps to mentions a kid when you book a hotel ? My kid is 5 yo and this is the first time in my experience travelling around the regions where the hotel charged a kid who share a bed with their parents (no extra bed). Please take these issues seriously.

ห้องดีเหมือนในรูป บริการดี อาหารดีมีให้เลือกเยอะ(ไทย,ฝรั่ง,อินเดีย,ฮาลาล) มีคนไทยแค่ครอบครัวเราบ้านเดียว ที่เหลือต่างชาติล้วนๆค่ะ

We are booking the deluxe Royal wing but reception said upgrade us to superior Royal wing , the thing is superior royal wing is big, but is old decoration design, washroom is smelly, mattress is terrible!

Love this hotel so much. Room is big and clean. Location is superb as it is close to many attractive areas such as patong beach and bangla road. Jungceylon mall is in walking distance. Swimming pool is wonderful. I will definitely come back again.
