Very convenient to the city center. Clean hotel and nice staffs.

バスルームとトイレが同じ場所になく、トイレに手を洗う場所がないので不便だった。

部屋をグレードアップしていただきました。6階でスイートではないですが、リビングとベットルームの2部屋、トイレは2個ありました。家具類は、3星ホテル的です。ミニバーはすべてフリー、11階のエグゼクティブラウンジで軽食も無料。すごく快適でした。

Hotel is at city center, and good access for sight seeing spots. The restaurant beside lobby is reasonable. The room is very clean. Bath room equipment is shampoo and body gel, but no tooth brush. Internet WiFi access is excellent. (Fast speed and simple access protocol, not room limitation) The front can not service of currency exchange. 3 min. need to access exchanger.

Location is perfect, staff were very friendly, helpful and all speak good english, and after all the place and the rooms are very tidy and clean.

The stay was very nice, staff was very friendly, room was generally clean, and the breakfast was very very nice. Breakfast staff was also very kind especially when I asked them to provide the details of a very tasty jam (forest berries; they offered some free amount for the days there if needed and the details to order it online). Hotel has a strategic location, close to city center and Old City, ideal for sightseeing, with shops, cafeterias, restaurants, and parks close to it. In the drawbacks: despite we reached hotel at 10am due to early flight from Athens and we were waiting in the lounge for long time, we were informed that our room would be ready until 2:30-3pm. After asking 3 times, 3rd at 3:10pm, we were informed that room was ready but when we went to the room, it was prepared for 2 persons despite hotel knew we were 4 (2 adults, 2 kids), so we asked hotel to prepare the additional bed (sofa converted to bed) and to bring us additional bath towels. Fortunately, staff was fast and prepared these within 20 minutes. A couple of the "public" toilets at Reception level also need some refurbishment.

Otel merkezi konumda, bu güzel. Odalar pek iyi durumda değil. Fiyata göre kalitesi daha iyi olabilirdi. Otopark çok pahalı bence. Saati 10 RON.

Nice hotel with a real central location. Small pool to use, alongside gym. Rooms very large and spacious. Very walkable to all locations - FYI, pizza place across the road from hotel is top, top class.

It was just ok. It had been a while since i had a hotel room with an inexplicable bathroom outside of the shower/sink bathroom. Location was good, but i wouldnt call this a luxury stay, just a place to stay while you explore Romania.

Helt greit hotell sentralt. Renholdet på rommet kunne vært mye bedre. Så at det var rester av søl / mat på dør inn mot badet, og flekker i teppet.

Lovely hotel, great rooms with comfortable beds with all the facilities needed. Room was a bit warm and struggled to keep it cool. Staff were very friendly at reception and in the bar. Would definitely use again

I made a reservation and made my entry to stay at Novotel Bucharest City Centre between January 20-25, 2025. On January 21, 2025, between 11:50 and 12:00, I delivered 3 documents that were important to me to the reception and told them that I would receive them in the evening. The receptionist took my documents as a deposit. When I came to the hotel at around 19:00 on the same day and asked for the documents, the receptionists said that they had thrown them in the trash and that they could not do anything. I do not accept this. I want my documents. If these documents that are important to me are not found, I will file a compensation lawsuit against you. Such a situation is unacceptable within the Accor hotel. The situation is recorded in the camera footage. The attitude of the receptionists is not helpful and rude. I want what is necessary to be done.

Seconda volta che alloggio in questo hotel devo dire che tutto sommato non mi posso lamentare.
