チェックインで並んでいたのに割り込みをされた。従業員はみていたのに見てみぬ不利をしていたのは残念でした。

Very convenient to the city center. Clean hotel and nice staffs.

バスルームとトイレが同じ場所になく、トイレに手を洗う場所がないので不便だった。

部屋をグレードアップしていただきました。6階でスイートではないですが、リビングとベットルームの2部屋、トイレは2個ありました。家具類は、3星ホテル的です。ミニバーはすべてフリー、11階のエグゼクティブラウンジで軽食も無料。すごく快適でした。

Les atouts du Novotel sont nombreux : piscine, sauna, petit déjeuner extrêmement complet, aussi bien salé que sucré, du saumon fumé aux crêpes en passant par les saucisses, les omelettes les viennoiseries, les fruits et légumes, la charcuterie… et bien sûr les céréales, le yaourt, etc etc. La chambre est assez basique pour le tarif économique, mais le rapport qualité prix est très bon, je trouve. Le service est ok, même si assez impersonnel certains employés plus cordiaux et sympathiques que d’autres. L’emplacement est idéal.

Dette er et ålreit hotell i sentrum av Bucuresti. Standarden på rommet var bra, frokosten var god, og de ansatte er hyggelig. Det er også positivt med basseng og treningsfasiliteter. Det som trekker ned er at de reklamerer for å ha et tilbud om spa. Det prøvde vi, men da responderte de ikke. Så det ble aldri noe av. Om spa er viktig, velg et annet hotell. Er det heller nærhet til sentrum, shopping og fest, så er dette er bra hotell. Flyplasstransporten som hotellet tilbyr, er svært mye dyrere enn annen tilsvarende tjeneste. Så det anbefales å undersøke andre muligheter for det også.

Property is very good for a mid priced hotel! Staff is helpful and housekeepers even checked with me to see if I was happy with the cleaning of my room. Only suggestion is that face cloths in the bathroom would be nice. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Personnel woke us at 8am to do room service. A tall girl managing the breakfast buffet was staring at the guests. She also hung over the food with her long black hair. Not appreciated and not hygienic. A clear sign of lacking fundamental education and understanding.

Location is great, close to old town and perfect to go everywhere on foot. Close to restaurants and very safe location

Decent quality hotel in a good location. My only criticism was that there was a constant smell of urine emanating from the sink waste/overflow. It was clear that the plumbing was not done properly as there should be a trap to stop this from happening.

The hotel was generally nice and clean but like most hotels, the foyer gave a more stylish impression than the actual rooms. The decor in the rooms was dated and basic. There was AC but it was very subtle and even at the lowest temp and highest fan, it barely touched the temperature in the room. This was early June so I would not like to be in the hotel in peak summer when the temperatures would be much higher. The reception were all very friendly and attentive. There was one man in the restaurant bar though who was rude and abrupt like we were an inconvenience to him. The bar/restaurant itself was ok, although quite expensive compared to local bars and restaurants. The menu was ok but it wasn’t a relaxing space - it felt very transactional and more geared to business people than tourists. Breakfast was a decent range of choice but was very expensive compared to the local economy at about £17 per person. We didn’t use the gym or pool but we did have a look. There was no one there, and no staff to ask any questions. It all looked ok but the pool is very small so you wouldn’t get much exercise in it, but it was a nice little area. The hotel was very well situated for the old town, just a few minutes walk and there were plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. For the price I think it was fairly reasonable and I would stay there again if I visited Bucharest again, but not in the height of summer as I don’t think I would get any sleep due to the ineffective aircon.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. I will certainly stay here again if I visit Bucharest again.

No ac in the room so it was stuffy. Seemed to be the entire hotel, perhaps some policy of not turning ac on until summer?! Fridge wasn’t working. Mattresses were old, shower cabin was dripping, sink was smelling like waste water when you turned on the water. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choices.

Tolles Hotel. Sehr zentral gelegen. Nette Leute und ein gutes Restaurant und Pool. Würde immer wieder hierher kommen. Kostenloser Schirmverleih war bei dem Regenwetter auch super.
