Rommet var romslig og stilig. Litt slitt. Hotellet hadde det vi trengte da det var en base for utflukter. Frokosten var bra. Gangavstand til port aventura og Ferrari land. 2:44minutter fra stranden. Hotell MÅ gjøre noe med lukten på rommet, jeg tror lukten kommer fra «airfreshener» på badet. Lukten satte seg i klær og bagasje. Lukten var ubehagelig.

Great hotel. Room is lovely, shower is massive (although slightly moldy around shower head and in corners) and room was cleaned well when we needed it. There was an issue where housekeeping left on our shower after they cleaned while we were out for 12 hours at portaventura and we came back to wet walls, condensation everywhere and the room as hot as a sauna. Manager was apologetic, he apologised for the issue and mentioned he raised issue with housekeeping, provided us with more towels but no compensation for a soaked room. Poolbar staff weren't the most friendly, but drinks were nice. We were asked to move when we had our own drinks by the pool at 11:30pm on a tuesday night, while we were the only ones there. We only got the drinks because bar was closed the previous two nights when we wanted to get a drink. Pool was a bit dirty with dead bugs and some scum, and tiles around outside of pool uneven on one side and tripped more than once. Overall, would stay again. The positives outweigh the negatives

Chambre spacieuse , personnel très agréable, bon petit déjeuner, juste l’odeur « d’égout » désagréable qui semble venir de la douche, pourtant très belle ,lorsqu’on rentre dans la chambre ( déjà signalé par d’autres avis..)

Personnel sympathique et accueillant Chambre spacieuse et petit plus pour la terrasse .. Coin piscine plutôt bien aménagé et agréable . A 100 m de la mer Je vais y retournais dans les prochain mois

My stay at the hotel was ok.

PROS: The hotel itself was very spacious, clean and well designed. The reception staff were extremely helpful and gave us many tips on travel to other towns and restaurants, etc. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone! The hotel is in a really good location, close to the bus stop if you want to take a trip to Tarragona (must see)! Lots of choice for restaurants and ice cream bars, and not far from the Cami De Ronda coastal walk. CONS: The hotel advertises a pool bar, however this was not present during our whole 5 day stay. The TV in the room does not connect to the WiFi as we were told by one of the staff members and instead you have to screen share/AirPlay Netflix or YouTube to the TV…which also doesn’t work. The drain in the shower room had a really terrible smell that hit you as soon as you entered the room and was hard to take a shower because of it.

The room is spacious and clean, although I found it basic. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room, fortunately I had my own tea and went to reception where they gave me a kettle and 2 cups to use. The shower was enormous. The spa is a nice touch which we used, although the hot tub is quite slippery, so be careful getting in and out. I slipped off the step getting in a hurt my hip in the process. There are very limited parking spaces in the car park which you pay for and cannot book in advance but evidently parking in the streets is free. The hotel is only a few minutes from the sea front and is close to bars/restaurants

Ruime kamer, groot bed en nog grotere doucheruimte! Prima en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

The room smelt very strongly of sewage, upon telling staff they said it was normal when it rains, and not offered another room. The next day the smell was still there even though a cleaner had been the previous day with chemicals. We asked if we could leave and be refunded the remainder of the stay, but they said a refund wouldn't be granted (though we were given a bottle of wine). I would not stay again as the room was not at all fit for purpose and it ruined our holiday.

Great modern stylish hotel perfectly located close to everything in Salou, also only 20 mins walk from Portaventura World

Good breakfast and large room with an impressive shower.

Das Zimmer war dreckig, Haare hingen in den Kissen und auf den Betten. Der Boden im Zimmer hat geklebt. Personal war nach Hinweis auf dreckiges Zimmer unfreundlich. Bei der Abreise wurde nicht gefragt, ob alles gepasst hat. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ausgebucht und die Parkplätze wären für einen Kombi auch zu eng gewesen.

Staff where very friendly and helpful, the only negative was the parking very small Spaces and hard to find .

Victor, on reception, provided excellent help and service when we needed help arranging trains and buses. Despite customers checking in/out he spent an hour with us looking at options online and helping us to book. Nice location and rooms were spacious, I would 100% recommend this hotel and its staff.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The best thing was the breakfast which was excellent. Our room was kind of noisy at night because of local traffic outside. All the equipment in the gym needs repaired. We didn't get to use the spa. The rooms were clean and comfortable although the AC in our room didn't blow cold enough. the safe cost extra, parking cost extra, and in-room coffee cost extra. Overall we would recommend and stay again.
