The room smelt very strongly of sewage, upon telling staff they said it was normal when it rains, and not offered another room. The next day the smell was still there even though a cleaner had been the previous day with chemicals. We asked if we could leave and be refunded the remainder of the stay, but they said a refund wouldn't be granted (though we were given a bottle of wine). I would not stay again as the room was not at all fit for purpose and it ruined our holiday.

Good breakfast and large room with an impressive shower.

Das Zimmer war dreckig, Haare hingen in den Kissen und auf den Betten. Der Boden im Zimmer hat geklebt. Personal war nach Hinweis auf dreckiges Zimmer unfreundlich. Bei der Abreise wurde nicht gefragt, ob alles gepasst hat. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ausgebucht und die Parkplätze wären für einen Kombi auch zu eng gewesen.

Staff where very friendly and helpful, the only negative was the parking very small Spaces and hard to find .

Victor, on reception, provided excellent help and service when we needed help arranging trains and buses. Despite customers checking in/out he spent an hour with us looking at options online and helping us to book. Nice location and rooms were spacious, I would 100% recommend this hotel and its staff.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The best thing was the breakfast which was excellent. Our room was kind of noisy at night because of local traffic outside. All the equipment in the gym needs repaired. We didn't get to use the spa. The rooms were clean and comfortable although the AC in our room didn't blow cold enough. the safe cost extra, parking cost extra, and in-room coffee cost extra. Overall we would recommend and stay again.

Rooms are very nice and big.

Bra på alla vis. Superfint och rymligt rum. Badrummet var jättefint. Stor säng. Frukosten var jättegod. Ett litet spa och fin pool.

Så bra och stort rum. Ny inredning. Rent och snyggt. Ett litet spa och utepool. Frukosten var allt vad man behövde. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Balkongen var med sittplatser. Nära till havet. Så allt vad man behöver.

Clean, great shower! Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with a great range of options. Only issue is many area restaurants were closed and it was so cold outside!
