モーテル６も出来てか？　super８のネームバリューもかなり　落ちてるかも、、円安なので仕方なく　宿泊してますが　たまには　綺麗　接客も良い　super８に　出会うので　止めれない、、

Stayed in non smoking but its on same hall as smoking. Hard to breathe. Xtra lock was broken. So didnt feel room was secure. Was told no other rooms available. Mold in bathroom.

given smoking room. requested non. that room was the worst. needed a switch couldnt even go inside. Breakfast area was a couple small table for 4 and 2. hardly big enough for any number of guest. went to grocery store for food.

While it's a nice and inexpensive place to stay, it is dated and lacking a few amenities. There's only one area of vending machines and their selection isn't good. No knowledge of an ice machine either. While it mentions a breakfast is available, the front desk didn't mention it nor mention where it would be if they had it. The outside is messy, mostly from the recent floods but they've done very little renovations to improve the site. Their air units would be nicer if you could keep the fan on at all times just for moving air but the thermostat it's controlled by now is limited with its services. I hope they fix this up soon. It could be a pretty nice motel with some fresh paint and carpet.

We reserved a 1 night stay and waited a very long time in the lobby for a room key. When the Room Key was given to us, the Room (Room 312) had an occupant or guest already staying in the room when we opened the door. This was a very unsafe situation and could have lead to the occupant hurting one of us or even calling the police. The lobby of the hotel was very unclean and not sanitized in any way especially to feed guests breakfast. I requested a refund and was denied. I was never offerred another room and even if I had, would not trust that the new room would be safe.

Working out of town they made it so easy to check in

There wasn’t any temperature control. The room wreaked of smoke with several smokers spots on the blanket. The water in the shower had a regular flow behind the shower and the faucet. There was no coffee. The microwave was dirty inside. The breakfast was lacking, no bagels, little milk, little coffee. The hotel was a bit of a mess. In its defense it did have a flood, but I think that is a reason to stop people from coming in myself.

Good value for the money and staff friendly. Bed was comfortable. Common areas not vacuumed; bedspread had holes in it.

It's a decent place for a night stay

The customer service was great. The rooms were not. They need an update on the rooms. No room should smell like smoke even after it’s been cleaned out.

Not all the lights in the room worked. The main light concisely flickered. Shower had soap scum. Electrical plugs were mostly full so wasn’t easy to find one to charge phones. Shower curtain was stained. Window curtain was too short for window. Tub floor was dirty.

Would have gotten almost all 5 stars if they had taken the time to plow or shovel the parking lot as people left. Had to walk through 4 - 6 inches of snow to get in and out of the car with my stuff. That's hard for a 67 year old woman with arthritis. Staff was especially helpful once inside. Very pleasant which is why I chose to stay there on my return trip home. Will stay there again.
