I had some difficulty going into the bathroom using a wheelchair due to a step. But the staff made a ramp immediately!

施設、設備は整っており、立地もすぐそばにレストランが多く非常に良かった。ただ難点といえばベッドが変に柔らかくて少し寝にくかった点。総合的に見てまた今後も機会があれば泊まりたいホテル。

出かけて、16：00過ぎに戻ったが部屋が掃除されていなかった フロアーにウォーターサーバーが設置してあるが、夕方、カラになるとそのままだった

清潔で過ごしやすいホテルです。

空港からはタクシーを、勧められ€40くらいだど聞いていたが€58だった。それでもタクシーで良かったと思うが。周りにたくさんのレストラン。歩いてブルーワリーもあり、ビール好きには良かった。ホテルもスタッフも良し。強いて言えばエレベーターの匂いが気になったかな。空港へは近くのバス停から一本でお安く楽ちんでした。

全般的に普通に良かったです。

とても良い滞在で評価も《良い》にするつもりでしたが、チェックアウト時に食べていない朝食代を請求されました。利用していないので分かりませんが、当ホテルは朝食利用時にカードのチェックをされていないのだと思います。次に移動の時間が迫っていることを伝えると、『折半でどうだ？』と提案してきました。調べて欲しいと言っても、ジーッとこちらを見ているだけで、何もしてくれません。こう言う場合は支払わないのが良かったのでしょうか？後々ごちゃごちゃするのは嫌なので、半分支払いました。 前日から5:30にタクシーの手配を、紙に書いたものを見せて頼んでいましたが、今度は、『6:30だと聞いている』と呼んでくれません。 とにかくフロントが最低です。 2度と予約したくありません。 こう言う口コミはあまり信じていなかったのですが、本当にあるのだと勉強になりました。 Hotels.comさんから何か回答が有れば嬉しいです。

駅からは徒歩1０分強。市の中心の広場を目指していけば分かりやすい。建物内は派手ではないが、ゴージャスな雰囲気がある。朝食も良い。中心部ではあるが夜は十分静かな環境である。

Haarlem から徒歩だと10分は掛かりますが、落ち着いた街並みと近隣の美術館など、オランダの雰囲気を堪能できます。 部屋の設備も快適ですし、スタッフも親切。唯一、スポーツジムなどの設備がないことが残念な程度で、短期でも長期でも滞在に不満はないと思います。

The hotel location is perfect being in the centre of the town and close to many restaurants, cafes and places of interest. We intended to stay three nights however my husband became unwell and was admitted to hospital. I stayed a further week. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff members were supportive, kind, and helpful at a very difficult time. This was much appreciated by both of us. We would certainly stay at this hotel when visiting Haarlem again.

Amazing place, breakfast is limited. But comfort and locality including parking is just the spot

Great centrally located hotel, large room with shower and bath in bathroom, comfortable beds and decent size room. A/C was ok but not massively powerful. Didn’t use dining or bar facilities so can’t comment. Overall good hotel, centrally located and good value for money for Haarlem

This is an amazing hotel in a great location. Step outside and be surrounding by nice shopping and restaurants and the stunning church. The staff is always kind and friendly and they go above and beyond to take care of the guest. It’s a short nice walk to the train station so you can easily be in Amsterdam, Leiden or Zaandvoort beach in 20-30 minutes. The keukenhoff gardens are easily accessible by bus as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking to stay and explore in the Netherlands.

I want to say that I would have given 5 stars had it been only my experience rating this hotel. I stayed there for a week and my mom who came a week before me stayed there for 2 weeks. To me the staff were very friendly and helpful, room was cleaned and updated , the location was perfect. However, My 82 year old mom who checked in this hotel a week before me had a very negative experience with one staff person. She shares that this particular staff member was unprofessional, disrespectful and had even hostile tone towards her upon her check in. Second, we booked a taxi pick up through the hotel for her and she states the vehicle was filthy and in very poor condition. It is unfortunate that after the potato van ride, the particular staff happened to check her in and further created a bad first impression. My mom is 82 and has been traveling for several years mostly on her own through out Europe. Luckily, she hasn’t had this type of experience before , let alone in a place that specializes in hospitality. As an elderly and a solo traveler, experiencing feeling welcomed where she lands is very important and colors her experience of that place.With that said, this was an isolated incidence in this hotel. All other staff were extremely kind and helpful to my mom and me. Shout out to Amber and another professional young lady (maybe named Nina) who were both so sweet and went above and beyond for her. Thank you to them as they made up for what went bad.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient; right next to the Sabokerk in the center of the town.

Everything was excellent. Exceptionally clean and extremely well located for restaurants,cafes and activities.

Watch out! If you arrive early and the room happens to be ready, you have to pay extra per hr basis up to official check in time in order to get into your room that is ready.
