I had some difficulty going into the bathroom using a wheelchair due to a step. But the staff made a ramp immediately!

施設、設備は整っており、立地もすぐそばにレストランが多く非常に良かった。ただ難点といえばベッドが変に柔らかくて少し寝にくかった点。総合的に見てまた今後も機会があれば泊まりたいホテル。

出かけて、16：00過ぎに戻ったが部屋が掃除されていなかった フロアーにウォーターサーバーが設置してあるが、夕方、カラになるとそのままだった

清潔で過ごしやすいホテルです。

空港からはタクシーを、勧められ€40くらいだど聞いていたが€58だった。それでもタクシーで良かったと思うが。周りにたくさんのレストラン。歩いてブルーワリーもあり、ビール好きには良かった。ホテルもスタッフも良し。強いて言えばエレベーターの匂いが気になったかな。空港へは近くのバス停から一本でお安く楽ちんでした。

全般的に普通に良かったです。

とても良い滞在で評価も《良い》にするつもりでしたが、チェックアウト時に食べていない朝食代を請求されました。利用していないので分かりませんが、当ホテルは朝食利用時にカードのチェックをされていないのだと思います。次に移動の時間が迫っていることを伝えると、『折半でどうだ？』と提案してきました。調べて欲しいと言っても、ジーッとこちらを見ているだけで、何もしてくれません。こう言う場合は支払わないのが良かったのでしょうか？後々ごちゃごちゃするのは嫌なので、半分支払いました。 前日から5:30にタクシーの手配を、紙に書いたものを見せて頼んでいましたが、今度は、『6:30だと聞いている』と呼んでくれません。 とにかくフロントが最低です。 2度と予約したくありません。 こう言う口コミはあまり信じていなかったのですが、本当にあるのだと勉強になりました。 Hotels.comさんから何か回答が有れば嬉しいです。

駅からは徒歩1０分強。市の中心の広場を目指していけば分かりやすい。建物内は派手ではないが、ゴージャスな雰囲気がある。朝食も良い。中心部ではあるが夜は十分静かな環境である。

Haarlem から徒歩だと10分は掛かりますが、落ち着いた街並みと近隣の美術館など、オランダの雰囲気を堪能できます。 部屋の設備も快適ですし、スタッフも親切。唯一、スポーツジムなどの設備がないことが残念な程度で、短期でも長期でも滞在に不満はないと思います。

Locatie perfect. Prijs kwaliteit slecht. Matig ontbijt. Veel lawaai van de gang.

This hotel is awesome! The location is perfect and the staff are also first class. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Haarlem and I would also recommend staying here instead of Amsterdam. You will pay 3x the price in Amsterdam for this quality of hotel and Amsterdam is only a 20 minute train ride away. People are much nicer and more relaxed in Haarlem also.

This hotel is well located. Staff were great. Our room was okay. The bathroom was very nice. However both my wife and I felt the beds were lacking. Not comfortable at all. The pillows were not good. We felt that the bedding was second rate. The room was quiet. Except for when there was any activity in the central core. It’s designed to allow sound to travel. I would not categorize this property as “4 star”. 3 star for sure.

This wobderful hotel is very well located right in the centre of Haarlem, close to restaurants, shops and the canal. All the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and pleasant. Our room was large, we'll appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The only slight issue was with the air-conditioning (or climate control as one of the staff explained) which was unable to keep the room at a comfortable temperature during the hotish spell (25C) during our visit. The staff offered us a large fan which did something to alleviate the heat but we found it too noisy to leave on at night. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay there again but possibly when the weather is a bit cooler!

What a lovely hotel! Beautiful domed ceiling over the lobby stairs. We were welcomed with a friendly reception desk and given an early check-in. The location is so perfect to explore this charming city. Canals with regular short cruises, charming streets with excellent shops and a lovely town square surrounded with an outstanding choice of restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The room was clean, beds comfortable.

The staff were very good with helping me plan my trips from Haarlem to other areas using either the trains or buses. Always friendly. The breakfast was always good and plenty of choices. I would stay there again.
