A very nice hotel with average service

朝食は最高！朝食会場のスタッフは親切で良くしてくれます。ロケーションも大好きなホテルで、今回は2回目の滞在です。ただ、着いて早々、真横に置いたカーディガンは盗まれ、 一緒に行った友人は、部屋にある荷物を荒らされ、お金を高額盗まれました。おそらく、部屋の掃除をしている方だとおもいますが、ホテルマネージャーと話してもらちがあかず、友人が、かわいそうでした。

やや設備に整備不良が散見します

リゾート地区にあるホテルとあって部屋からの眺めやレイアウトは最高に良い。部屋も清潔できれいだ。 ただ部屋でのWi-Fi利用可能と書いていたが、届かずに結局ロビーでつなげていた。フィットネスジムはほぼ設備が壊れていた。 5つ星のリゾートホテルということで期待したが、それほどではなかった。

Breakfast: lots of varieties of food. Fresh squeezed orange juice was so good! Facilities: gym, swimming pools with fantastic view, beach, small gym, four restaurants, complimental transfer from/to Mykonos town and airport. Just.... Two things made our stay uncomfortable were 1) toilet: it doesn't flash properly so we had to use restroom in restaurants. Because we gave up asking something. Every time we asked something we had to wait almost for a hour. Their "immediately" means within a hour. That's second one we didn't like about this hotel.

Overall, we had a great stay at Saint John Hotel Villas & Spa in Mykonos. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and private while still being close enough to Old Town to enjoy everything there. It was nice being able to escape the crowds and come back to a quiet atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One thing I really appreciated was their transportation service to and from the port and airport. The shared transportation option was around €10 per person, which is very reasonable for Mykonos. They were punctual, organized, and very helpful with our suitcases, making arrivals and departures much smoother. The breakfast was also one of the highlights. There was a large variety of fresh options, and the breakfast hours from 8 AM to 11 AM were very convenient. I wouldn’t necessarily give the hotel a full five stars because of a few inconveniences. Our room key fob never worked properly, so we had to use a regular key the entire stay. Transportation back from Old Town at night can also be difficult since the hotel shuttle was not operating during our stay. We were quoted €60 for private transportation through the hotel for one way, while local taxis were around €30. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would still recommend the hotel for its relaxing atmosphere, views, location, and friendly staff.

Fantastic views, clean rooms and super helpful and polite staff

Nice Expensive place

Very nice resort with all the amenities. Breakfast had everything and more. Fresh orange juice and made to order eggs and omelets. Staff was very helpful and the room was amazing. Our only issue was with the pick up at the airport but it was minor. Bus stop is very close and easy to walk to when the shuttle is not being offered.

Location was perfect(10 mins drive from the main town) , postcard views, neat n clean rooms and breakfast was delicious.

Excellent accueil à notre arrivée. Partie commune magnifique et très soignées. Piscine à débordement vue mer extraordinaire. Excellent restaurant. Petit bémol : le cour de tennis Il faudrait le supprimer de la liste des équipements de l'hôtel car inutilisable.

Great property in a tranquil location. The staff could not have been nicer in all areas, from breakfast to reception. The reservations department was very accommodating with my guests who had mobility challenges. Their golf cart transportation is a nice perk! Views are fantastic and onsite food is delicious.
