Room neglected. Bathtub filthy.

Rather rundown in need of renovation in short a dump No hot water for basin ,I call it a basin because for some reason the vanity was in the main sleeping area next to the television, not in the bathroom. Seems like it was cobbled together by a handyman most likely from a small third world country on a budget of coupons In short I would not recommend

Beds were very comfortable, some bad repairs in shower area. TV was very basic local only, wifi was iffy and very slow, lots of traffic noise, some construction banging. maid service was good.

Very nice stay for one night in Sunset. Great comfy bed and nice hot breakfast.

Staff was excellent and room was great for the price. However, I struggled to get sufficient hot water for shower at 11:30pm. Also minimal hot water in morning.

Room was beautiful and very quiet! The plumbing could use work as the shower took almost ten minutes to warm up and was not able to change from shower to bath, both ran simultaneously without being able to change it. The staff were friendly but a bit uninformed when asked questions. The location was perfect!

We loved the closeness to the Harbor and across the street, the beach. Both directions were an easy enjoyable walk. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The only disappointing thing was at 1025am when there was a knock on the door to remind us checkout was at 11am. I was just showering and this was very uncomfortable and unnecessary as we just saw the desk clerk minutes earlier and acknowledged 11 was checkout time. Hopefully this will change.

The room lighting was horrible Bldg next to hotel blocked all light in room(2nd floor) Hard to do make up and hair

Small and quiet. A little muggy but ok.

Room was clean & comfortable beds. Staff friendly & helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Just had to walk across the street to get to the beach!

Property was clean and decorated nice enough. The building was old. Liked the parking and closeness to the beach.

This is an older hotel. But the rooms are large and clean, the breakfast options are numerous and the parking is great. The wifi was reliable and the staff very friendly. This was our second stay in 2 months. Our new go-to hotel for our beach trips.

Pros: Nice big room. Quiet on second floor. Safe area. Balcony with place to sit. Frig, coffeemaker, tv and good customer service. Breakfast is okay with variety. 10 minutes from Bolsa Chica. Cons: No hot water from double sinks, Shower was okay. Parking very tight if you have big car or truck. Carpet on corners in 214 needs to be redone due to staples or small nails exposed. Electric plugs on lamps for charging are loose :( I would think of staying again if issues taken care of. :)

Room was clean, no drama, breakfast included. A good price for the area.

Nice to be on the harbor of Huntington Beach. Room lay out a little odd. Sink across from bed & next to TV was awkward Drom couch hadr to see TV because TV doesn'tswivel. Parking is limited and tight. Nice to havebreakfast available; a few choices as well..

Ok

A pretty standard cheap hotel at a not cheap price. How this place is rated an 8 is beyond me, if a Ritz Carlton is a 9+ then this place should be a 5.5 or 6 at best. Polite staff at a hotel in dire need of updating.
