到着前に入口のコード、部屋番号がメールで届くはずでしたが、今回は受け取れませんでした。

価格帯の違う、いくつかある部屋の写真を見て判断して、指定選択しにも関わらず、案内された部屋は、映像で選んだ部屋とは全く異なり、エレベーターを利用する人から、部屋の中が正面丸見えの部屋でした。その旨ホテルに伝えたところ、お客様が選んだ部屋を保証するものではありませんと一方的な回答で、それ以上全く対応受け付けてくれません。非常に気分が悪く。詐欺にあった気分でした。 このホテルは何で判断して部屋を選んでいいのか分かりません。二度と利用する気には慣れませんでした。

バルコニーから歌の祭典が見られて良かった。

立地も部屋の快適さも、ホテルの雰囲気も最高でした。ホテルに入った瞬間、ふんわりと優しい香りに包まれると、ホッとした気分になりました。次回、リトアニアに来ることがあればまた泊まりたいです‼︎

ホテルのフロントの対応、部屋の快適さ、広さ、立地、そしてクロークの係の方、クリスマスツリーを見るに最高なホテルのバー、さらには付属のスパのお姉さんまで、本当に大好きなホテルです。ただ１つ残念だったのは、ホテルに呼んでいただいたタクシーで空港まで行った際、25ユーロ請求されたこと、、、。相場の2倍以上ですが、既にホテルから空港まで固定されている価格だと説明されました。、、、本当に？！

大聖堂の目の前にあるホテルで、どの場所にいくのも便利なホテルです。急に寒くなりましたが従業員も対応良くヒーターを貸し出してくれました。朝ご飯も充実しており、大聖堂を見ながら食べることができます。

The staff at breakfast were amazing and polite. Front desk staff were not very helpful nor polite. The rooms were not the same images as shown on the website (AI generated possibly). Breakfast was worth it. The location is well situated. Wifi was haphazard and sporadic. I would say more like a 3* than 4*.

Perfekt beliggenhet. Rommet var helt ok, grei størrelse på enkeltrom, men vasken var ikke helt optimal, det var vanskelig å kontrollere temperaturen på rommet, det føltes ikke trygt å åpne vinduet da den ikke hadde sikkerhetslås og det var vonde puter.

Very convenient location and easy communication! My room had 2 balconies, one with a view of the main Cathedral. The bells may wake you up, but to me that’s a magic! Friendly staff.

There is some disconnect between the staff in the office and those at the call center. Had difficulty checking at 1 am., staff told one thing on the phone and call center said something else and we were locked out of our room. Staff didn't know a what events were happening across the street, didn't inform us of coupons, didn't inquire if We needed anything. Customer service, communication, and cordiality all need improvement.

Clean hotel. Room is not well lit. A/C only went down to 21C. My big disappointment was communication. Prior to my trip, I emailed the staff several times since I was checking in after the front desk closed. I emailed to ask for an airport shuttle, got 4 responses from staff, all different, different costs. Never confirmed. Also they never told me how to check in after hours. This made our check-in uncertain and difficult. Got emails back from the hotel several times with just their hours but they never told me how to check in. Also I asked what the shuttle looked like so I get in the right car. They never answered my question but instead send several emails with inconsistent prices. The last email said I had to pay cash so I cancelled the shuttle ride. The only big plus was the hotel location to old town.

Nice big room and bath. Little bad smell bath. Breakfast ok. Little more bread and jam.

Hotel was pretty good. Only a couple of minor things stopped me giving 5 stars - window sills were a bit dusty and we had an issue opening the safe as it had a flat battery. Staff were helpful and we managed to check in a little earlier. Would definitely recommend!
