清潔感のあるブティックホテル。シャワーと浴槽が別々になっているので、アメリカでは珍しくゆっくりお風呂で休むことができた。1階にあるレストラン（寿司屋）も、アメリカンな寿司ではあるが、なかなか高いレベル。無料の朝食はついていないが、車で1時間程度で、アマナコロニーでブランチを食べることができるので、立地もよいと思う。

アイオワシティの真ん中に位置するホテル。アイオワ大学に用事があり、利用したが、部屋も浴室などもキレイで良かった。フロントのスタッフがフレンドリーでアットホームな雰囲気も個人的には素晴らしいかった。値段以外の価値があるホテルで、また利用したいと思う。

アイオワ大学への用事で利用。ロケーションは最高で大学まで歩いて行けます。周りは学生街なので飲食店なども多数。ホテル１Fのスーパーマーケットも便利で、ここのデリで買って部屋で食べるのも良いです。部屋には本格的なキッチン（電子レンジ、大型冷蔵庫、食洗機）がある他、深いバスタブがシャワーとは別にありゆっくりとお湯につかれます。宿泊者はホテル隣接（同じ建物）の本格的なフィットネスジムが利用可能で素晴らしいものでした。アイオワ大学に行く際は是非また利用したいです。

Love the location. Outside the property is a walkable shopping and dining area. If you have small children there is a playground and splash pad for hot days right out front. Lots of options for grab and go food, sit down restaurants and outdoor patios for an afternoon happy hour! Parking is $15 and is at the city lot. Gym is large (not a run of the mill hotel gym at all), but could use some TLC for the benches. Lots of cardio equipment and free weights; and it’s open 24h. Definitely will stay here again!

Convenient access, liked the 12p checkout

Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Great staff, great room, great location surrounded by cute shops and restaurants. Had one minor issue and they fixed it in minutes. If we’re ever back in Iowa City we’re checking here first!

All around great stay. This will be my go-to hotel in the future.

Love to stay here but hate the bathroom doors. A family staying in one room when the bathroom door is only a sliding, frosted glass is not very private (or quiet).

The hotel is modern and quite nice. One of the two front desk people we dealt with was lovely, the other was snarky. We encountered two issues that make it unlikely we'd stay there again. 1) The AC system in the room was incredibly loud. It literally woke us up every time it automatically turned on. We ended up turning off the system in the middle of the night and then were quite warm by morning. 2) The hotel parking is in a city structure nearly adjacent to the building but they didn't explain this ahead of time. There is one small "hotel loading" sign directly in front of the hotel which was not visible from the other side of the street. We ended up parking blocks away and walked to the hotel in order to ask where to park.

Well managed, great staff. Amazing location, right next to the pedestrian mall, incredible food options. Right above a grocery store. Great window and views. Anything above 5th floor should be clear, 5th and below the backside view is of a parking structure. Blinds work well. Ample desk space, comes with kitchenette, I could see this being a good place to stay for a business trip that extends more than a night or two. Tons of seating options. Could use an HVAC control system, the controls did not work and were very tough to see.

It was a nice facility that had a kitchenette. The bathroom had a soaker tub and separate shower.

Initial parking was annoying. Initial concrete didn’t explain it well. Once we figured it out it was good. Nice room size and amenities! Good location

A beautifully designed hotel with sunlight, a deep tub, a kitchenette and lots of room. The parking garage and a fancy grocery are connected to the hotel. We were in the center of the shopping and dining center of Iowa City. Would highly recommend!

Hotel was clean, and in a great area where you can walk to many places in about 5 minutes. Even has a little store in the building in case you may need to buy things. Would definitely stay again!
