I loved the staff and their customer service but the place was under maintenance. First room had a very strong moldy smell and damp carpet. Second room that we were shifted too was quite nice but someone was smoking Marijuana in the room next or above so we could smell it through the doors even though there is a sign saying no smoking allowed. Shower pressure was very weak and dribbling. However the customer service was excellent

Considering the repairs to the property going on, I found it relaxing. The rate reduction for the inconvenience is also appreciated.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and provided a relaxing environment throughout my visit. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive, ensuring that all guest needs were handled efficiently. I also appreciated the breakfast, which was convenient and well prepared, offering a positive start to the day. Additionally, the availability of laundry facilities was a practical and valuable amenity, particularly for guests staying for an extended period. Overall, the property delivered a high standard of comfort, service, and convenience, and I would be pleased to recommend it to others.

We used the room with the 2 double beds and they were so comfortable. Great views over the pool and golf course. The room was clean, but a little dated. My only criticism is around the use of the jug. It was housed on top of the microwave. Obvious electrical risk should water spill. And the only tap to fill the jug is in the bathroom. That’s not normally a problem but the shape of the spout makes it very difficult. We’ll be back!

Clean room and amenities, friendly staff and some services. WiFi dropped out regularly and the tv has no reception. Tryed to call about it but no answer. The no smoking on the premises at all was a pain but it made me not smoke at night.
