It may be a little scary for a woman to walk alone around the hotel as Chinatown is spread out around the hotel. The hotel staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful.

Gentleman that checked us in and Woman on next shift were very nice and made us feel welcome. They represent the hotel very well.

Check in was a breeze. The front desk was very helpful in arranging the airport shuttle for me last minute. Comfortable bed and a cold AC. I'd happily stay again.

Received a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was huge. Full kitchen (although no plates/mugs/utensils/pots & pans etc so not very functional except for the full fridge.) Solid hotel near US Open Tennis. Shuttle service to/from Billie Jean King center. About a 25 minute "walk" but roads don't seem walkable (highway etc.) Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel was pleasant. Lots of air traffic in the morning due to the proximity of Laguardia but still slept great

The neighborhood seems rough, but it was fairly safe.

We made a very last minute trip to see the US Open. It was a pleasant surprise that they had a shuttle available to and from the venue. Parking is limited and they did not have space for us but we did arrive late in the day at 6pm. We were lucky enough to find street parking right next to the hotel though.

Great service from the staff, they definitely made me feel comfortable during my stay. The area is filled with so many foods to try and a few blocks from the 7 train to travel around the city.

A bottle of wine was provided when checking in. It was really good

Room was very clean and spacious. Easy access to subway from hotel to go to time square. Highly Recommend.

Stayed one night , convenient for an airport transfer which the hotel do for LaGuardia airport. Good room size for 3, beds was comfortable, need some thinner pillows though. Lots of places to eat in Flushing as well, so made for an interesting night stay as part of our holiday as well. Happy with the booking.

There were hair in the tub when we came. Also in one of the bed inside the linen. Receptionists were very nice.

Great place to stay as its right off the highway making it easy no matter if your going to queens, manhattan or brooklyn
