小さくてギリシャの民家のような雰囲気のある小さなホテルです。 サントリーニには有名なきれいなホテルもたくさんありますが、有名になりすぎたホテルが予約がとりづらく、一歩でそういったホテルにも勝るとも劣らないこちらのホテルにしてとてもよかったと満足しています。 ホテルから地中海を眺める景色も素敵でしたし、こぢんまりとしてあたたかいホスピタリティを感じられたのも自分好みでした。 とてもすてきなサントリーニ旅行になりました。サントリーニに次ぎ来た時もぜひ利用したいと思いました。

笑顔とホスピタリティにあふれたスタッフ、エーゲ海を行き交う客船を見ながらいただく朝食、すべて最高です！場所もフィラの中心に位置しており、街のどこへ行くにも便利。イア行きのバスターミナルも徒歩で10分以内です。なお、ホテルのエントランスまでは石畳の坂が続きますので、スーツケースを持った空港からの行き帰りは送迎を頼むことをお勧めします。古いメルセデスで片道25ユーロでした。

We stayed at Tramountana for my husband 50 years old birthday. The room has three beautiful and big terraces and a huge roof-top. So even there are tons of tourists in the town, we could feel that we own the Island and famous sun-set. The hotel staffs are very warm, friendly and helpful . Every morning, we enjoyed breath taking sun-rise and sun-set of our own from this hotel. It was amazing four days and we thank everything for this hotel staffs.

Number of awards like "best romantic hotel in Europe" did not sounds reasonable on my stay. Towel was not prepared in room, complimentary snack was actually empty which means cleaning staff did not check it if prior customer ate it or not. Not a 5 star quality. Room was large enough and view from balcony is beautiful. Since the location is aside from center of noisy Fila town, who wants to have a calm relaxed time may like here.

とても素敵なホテルでした。ホテルの内装もかわいらしく、女の子は必ずときめく感じです。 バルコニーからの景色も最高で、断崖と白い街並み、海が見渡せて、夕暮れは本当に素敵でした。 朝食もとても豪華で、素敵なイケメン達がサーブしてくれます。 場所が、海沿いなこともあり、がたがたした石畳を歩いて行かなければならないので、お迎えを呼んでいない場合は、スーツケースを引っ張っていくのは結構大変です。 近くまで行けば、あとはホテルの人を呼んで来ればスーツケースを運んでくれます。みんな力持ちです。 街中から一歩入ったところにあるので、とても便利な割に静かで、カップルにも、友達同士にもおすすめです。 唯一、少し困ったのが、ホテルの方の英語がかなりギリシャ訛りで、けっこう聞き取りづらかったです。難点はそこだけでした。

We had a great stay at Aigialos Luxury Settlement Hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with nice bathroom amenities. The hotel provided robes and slippers for use during your stay. The balcony was perfect, with a fabulous view, table and chairs and plants. The perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast or an afternoon/night cocktail. The hotel was close to shops and dining. The hotel staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and provided recommendations. It was a bit cool while we were there so we did not use the pool, but it was clean and provided a great place to sit and enjoy a delicious dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Gorgeous caldera and sunset views, and staff very helpful. Very clean and delicious food. Would not hesitate to recommend.

It was a terrible hotel. the bedroom was the size of one bed . ( see the attached picture). Plastic chairs and table in the 5 table dining area. Nothing compared to the description and photos on their website. We moved out after one night stay. Extremely disappointing.

Our rooftop unit had FOUR balconies!! It was truly amazing. The views were stunning - morning, noon, and night. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The very small pool in the shade with no sea view was the only let down, but EVERYTHING else was excellent! They serve the most incredible breakfast on your balcony at the time of your choosing - you pick from a large menu and can adjust it daily.

Very lovely location overlooking the caldera. Clean and well-maintained property, friendly and helpful staff, very nice breakfast.

They are better in marketing than the hospitality It’s a nice property but need a better management There is no sunbathing area , no property restaurant , no room service , no phone in the rooms , terrible WiFi , don’t let this hotel ruin your trip , go somewhere else ,many other hotels and apartments with a much a better price are around , avoid

We had a lovey stay and everyone there was very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room so we could eat on our balcony with that amazing view!

Wonderful Stay with Great Location and Amazing Staff! I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views that made every moment special. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. What truly stood out was the incredibly kind and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure we had a great holiday. A special thanks to Nick for the warm welcome — it really set the tone for a wonderful stay. He also helped us with car rental, restaurant reservations, and booking activities, which made everything so easy and stress-free.

The property was beautiful and our room was lovely. Great view overlooking the sea! Breakfast options were decent. Hotel concierge was very kind and helpful (thanks, Nikolas!). Only complaint was that our garbage was not changed on the second day - which is an issue when you can’t flush any toilet paper. Housekeeping came and changed out our dirty glasses but that’s the only thing that I could see they had done. I would still go back, it was amazing!

An excellent hotel with beautiful sea views from the room's exclusive terrace. Our room was very spacious and comfortable for our stay. The staff, led by Nick, was always attentive to our every need. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return.
