Good spot good food good person front desk

I live in the city and needed a place for a couple of nights while work was done on my apartment. The King suit was a comfortable apartment with an incredible balcony. Great location near restaurants, bars, Fontabella and Oakland malls. Clean, comfortable and safe. The front desk staff were lovely, check in/out was very fast. Parking was easy and free. AC worked great. The bed was ok, a little slanted, but the pillows were great! Two notes that I've already told the hotel about: First, the hot water was inconsistent. It could be there, it could not be there. Second, the fire alarm went off several times, including twice around 2am one night. Other than that, I would definitely stay again.

Hotel, room and location was great. However the wifi service was very bad and i was on the 2nd floor. Couldn't watch any television because of this. Could not connect to netflex, youtube, prime, etc.... All channels were in spanish.

I always stay here because although still needs improvement in somethings, staff it’s great and beds are very comfortable. It’s also clean and it’s in a great location. Plus it has a kitchenette. I will continue staying here.

The floor boards where peeling of, also could not test at night due to the elevator made a weird noise , so loud i could hear it from my room all day long. Also sounded like construction inside the building, construction at a neighboring building didnt help either till 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning.

Very nice room, clean and spacious, a great bed. Good service. The buffet breakfast was delicious

Clean comfortable bed and sheets, clean. No hot water, only warm. Toilet didn’t flush well. Neighborhood felt safe to walk.

It's an older property but very well maintained and a great staff.
