ホテルの居心地はとてもよい。街の中心部から離れているので街に用がある場合はタクシーでの移動となる。

Staff was nice but facilities are little bit old

ホテルは清潔でシャワーは熱さも水量も問題なし。Wi-Fiも早い。 朝食も品目もそれなりに多く美味しい。 ただ周りに何もなく、近くの店に行くのも15分以上歩かなくてはいけないので立地以外いいホテルだとおもいます。

部屋が綺麗。シャワー室・トイレも清潔。アメニティもしっかりしている。スタッフのかたもとても親切。アットホーム。

O hotel atendeu à nossa proposta. Estávamos em trânsito e a localização, próxima ao aeroporto, foi conveniente. As instalações são antigas, mas fomos bem atendidos. O custo-benefício é bom e o restaurante superou nossas expectativas.

Convenient for early flight Comfortable and clean, hot shower but only one towel. We asked the taxi man who dropped us to come and collect us the next morning to take us back to the airport for early flight.

There was only one towel and it could use some keeping up, but very good experience.

O banheiro não era bom! Água fria, chuveiro fraco. Passei muito frio.

Great bar & Restaurant

The room were old and not safe, they changed me from the first room assigned because was mold in the walls the bathroom sink was dirty and broken, but the second room was even worse the safety handles in shower were almost falling off, the carpet was so dirty, the chair in sitting area was so dirty and the noise in the room was unbearable. The next morning when I went for breakfast the personal was cold and the service terrible. I had payed three nights after the ffirst night I decided I couldn’t stay any longer, when I did the check out they didn’t even bother asking why I was checking out earlier. It was a nightmare!

Muito bom! E para melhorar mais ainda, sugiro uma lixeira no quarto e um espelho, além desses itens que já existem no banheiro.

A receptionista insistiu que eu não tinha pago, me cobrou novamente e disse que eu havia apenas feito a reserva. A minha sorte é que consegui recuperar o recibo de pagamento. Ai ela disse que não poderia devolver dinheiro e que deveria ser Escondido nos meus gastos la. Me tratou com desprezo.

A estadia foi excelente. Tudo muito limpo. Equipe muito amável. Sugiro que o atendimento pela recepção tenha um pouco mais de informações turísticas para passar para os hóspedes.

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia. Próximo ao aeroporto. Quarto amplo, cama confortável, muito limpo, tudo funcionando. Wifi funcionando bem. Café da manhã muito bom. Ótimas opções de lazer (sauna, academia, piscina, jacuzzi - reservar horário no check in). Café da manhã muito bom. Preços do restaurante um pouco elevados, não tem opção de restaurantes próximo ao hotel.

O hotel é maravilhoso, tem piscina, uma ótima localização próximo ao aeroporto e de fácil acesso à cidade de Uber. O café da manhã é maravilhoso tem muitas opções. Quarto confortável e silencioso. O que deixa a desejar é o atendimento no check in, cheguei por volta das 12hs no hotel e antes mesmo de chegar ao balcão de atendimento uma senhora já gritou enquanto atendia outra pessoa ‘ENTRADA SÓ APÓS AS 15hs’. Nem se deu ao trabalho de verificar se tinha disponibilidade, ou ser cordial com a informação. Deixei as malas no hotel e quando voltei as 15hs tive que esperar a atendente fazer o fechamento do seu caixa para depois então fazer meu check in. Acho que precisa focar no cliente, um atendimento mais empático e cordial.

great staff, awesome food, clean and convenient

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Not only does it smell bad throughout the entire building, but it is also really dirty. The only thing to recommend it is a location close to the airport, which is convenient for an early morning flight. The room was not properly equipped with enough towels—there was only one for two guests. When I asked for another towel, the receptionist was rude. At check in, the receptionist provided no information about parking, breakfast or meals. She’s not even direct me on how to find my room. It was unlike any experience I have had as a traveler in Chile or any other country.
