3回目の利用です。とにかく好立地で買い物するにも食事をするにも便利でした。次回また行くことがあればこのホテルに宿泊すると思います。

値段が安くて評判もそこそこだったので決めたが、正直失敗だった。2泊したが、設備が古いためか、シャワーの排水が機能しておらず、翌朝対応を頼み、夕方念押しまでしたのに、結局変わらず。とてもストレスだった。施設全体を改装中らしく、朝８時くらいから工事の音がしていた。部屋は広くて立地も良いが、少なくとも改装が終わるまでは泊まるのを控えた方が良い。というか、その旨を事前に周知すべきだし、不備のある部屋を提供するのはどうかと思う。

バス・ステーションからも、有名観光地（アルカサル、カテドラル、闘牛場、黄金の塔）からも徒歩圏内です（中途半端な立地とも言えます）。部屋は、広く、清潔で、快適です。土地柄なのか、バスタブが無く、シャワーだけなのが、日本人としては、残念です。

窓からの眺望がなく暗いお部屋でしたが、静かで買い物に便利でした。

ホテルによっては、ポットがありませんが、お茶やコーヒーもあります。1番のポイントは、買い物やバス、食事と立地のよさです。

とても心地よい宿泊ができました

2/21に一泊しました。川縁のプラザ・デ・アルマスバスターミナルから東へ徒歩15分、ショッピングセンターのそばで入り組んだセビリアの町の中では見つけやすいホテルです。部屋は一般的なツインに宿泊しました。一人だと広すぎですが、やむなし。少し古いですが、しっかりしたホテルという印象。ホテルそばのバス停から32番に乗れば、Renfeの駅前を通過して約20分でラモン・サンチェス・ピスフアンスタジアムへ到着。鉄道駅アクセス・サッカー観戦にも悪くない立地です。ヌエバ広場のトラム乗り場までは徒歩10分。そこからトラムでプラド・デ・サン・セバスティアンバスターミナルへも10分です。ホテル目の前の良い感じのカフェはグラスビール1杯1.2€でした。2人で泊まればかなりリーズナブルかと。

Nice stay

The hotel is very centrally located. We had a fab room on the 7th floor overlooking the city. The staff were very accommodating. We’d definitely stay there again.

Habitación amplia i aseo muy amplio

Room was nice and spacious but could do with some work like the flooring, A/C system and some more amenities considering 4 star rating. Breakfast for €32 is not worth it when you have soo many brunch places around for better value. Location is excellent and the staff were very nice. Hotel is clean and they hold luggage. I believe very small changes can make this hotel one of the best but overall a lovely place to stay in Seville.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful room was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony in walking distance to all the main attractions would definitely stay again thanks for making us feel welcome

We loved our 2 nights stay in this hotel, it located in very convenient location.

The room is nice and clean, very comfortable. Right on the central and all landmarks within the distance. My only issue is poor sound insulation! I can hear the next room talking all night long and the heavy doors slamming the wall every time people in and out. Pity because of those issues I will not recommended.
