シャワーのお湯が出ないアクシデントがありましたが　きちんと対応してかれました。満室で部屋の変更はできないからモーニング無料になりました。英語フランス語ともに全くわからない私達でしたが　スマホの変換アプリでのコミュニケーションに嫌な顔もせず付き合ってくださいました。

旧市街にあり、観光にとても便利。 すぐ近くに、レストランなどショップもたくさん有ります。 駅にも近いので、VIA鉄道を利用するのにも便利でした。

ホテルの外観は可愛らしく、お部屋はとても広くて綺麗でした。コンシェルジュも丁寧で優しく、外国人観光客にもフレンドリーでした。立地も最高で、どこへ行くにもアクセスが良く最高です！またこのホテルに来たいです！

女性のスタッフが多く、対応も大変親切でした。立地も良く、女性が安心して滞在出来る宿だと思います。

スタッフの対応、部屋の清潔さは申し分ないです。 ホテル内の駐車場は狭く駐車しづらいです

Big rooms. Great coffee in room and lobby

The rooms are clean although they are a bit old. The rooms are relatively large and we had a comfortable stay. It also has a nice location, good walking distance from the places to see in the city.

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed. Parkering på hotellet var optaget, men vi blev henvist til public parking, hvilket også var billigere, det er god service. Morgenmaden var kedelig og meget sparsom.

Hotel located in heart of old town. Every attraction within walking distance. Nice clean rooms. If bath and shower have handle rails, it would be safer for seniors.

Rooms were clean but we definitely differ in the definition of a superior room. We upgraded to all they had left, a loft. No elevator in that part of hotel, and 37 stairs up with heavy luggage and no staff available to help at check-in and checkout. Breakfast over priced for what you got. Property is really old but is to be expected in old Québec. We would not stay there again. .

Great location in Old Quebec with on site parking. Clean and comfortable. Our first choice for all our trips to Quebec.

Right from the moment we arrived, what really stood out was the warm reception—the staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and smelled great, and both the bathroom and toilet were spotless. The hotel was just a 5–6 minute walk from Old Quebec, which made the location perfect. Overall, it was an amazing experience—the best trip we’ve had to Quebec City so far

Could be better option for parking in order to accommodate all of their guest we didn’t get parking on site even for breakfast option are limited and it would be better if they give some halal option too thank u
