シャワーのお湯が出ないアクシデントがありましたが　きちんと対応してかれました。満室で部屋の変更はできないからモーニング無料になりました。英語フランス語ともに全くわからない私達でしたが　スマホの変換アプリでのコミュニケーションに嫌な顔もせず付き合ってくださいました。

旧市街にあり、観光にとても便利。 すぐ近くに、レストランなどショップもたくさん有ります。 駅にも近いので、VIA鉄道を利用するのにも便利でした。

ホテルの外観は可愛らしく、お部屋はとても広くて綺麗でした。コンシェルジュも丁寧で優しく、外国人観光客にもフレンドリーでした。立地も最高で、どこへ行くにもアクセスが良く最高です！またこのホテルに来たいです！

女性のスタッフが多く、対応も大変親切でした。立地も良く、女性が安心して滞在出来る宿だと思います。

Très bien placé, voici l'atout majeur de cet hôtel. Vous déposez la voiture et vous pouvez sillonner la ville à pied. Bonne literie et surface correcte. La climatisation n'est pas trop bruyante, ce qui est agréable. En revanche, la chambre est plutôt sombre et surtout, la fenêtre donne sur .... un mur!! Pas terrible! Le personnel est très aimable. Réservez votre place de parking à l'avance car il y en a très peu.

This property is a gem. We enjoyed the close proximity to Notre Dame Basilica, Old Quebec City, parking offered at the hotel for a fee and the helpful staff. Ask for your room to be made up each day and it will be done.

Very helpful and friendly staff, parking worth the $25.00. Would stay there again.

As a family of 5 we stayed in the loft. My daughter said the hide a way bed was comfortable which is a first! The location of the hotel is amazing for accessing old Quebec, we walked to all the main sites in town. The room itself definitely had things that were in need of repair/upgrade like a laminate floor transition piece between the carpet and laminate that was cracked/splintered, the carpet is stained, the dining table is sticky, the water dispenser in the fridge doesn’t work, the roof in the bathroom has mildew, and the air conditioner didn’t cool it down (it was 26 degrees Celsius in the room with the AC running, and we couldn’t even open any of the windows to let it cool down at night). The front desk staff was friendly though so that was a perk.

Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in the old Quebec part and walking distance from all attractions. There is a Nespresso and the bed was comfortable. The room was small but clean. Parking can be freaky with a large vehicle.

Great hotel... location was great, check-in was quick and very helpful finding dinner locations.... Big plus: 1.PARKING ON THE PREMISES,no walking blocks lugging your bags... 2. They have an ELEVATOR!!!! No climbing steps with your bags. 3. The women at the desk were very helpful... each night they suggested restaurants... Perfect choices...
