シャワーのお湯が出ないアクシデントがありましたが　きちんと対応してかれました。満室で部屋の変更はできないからモーニング無料になりました。英語フランス語ともに全くわからない私達でしたが　スマホの変換アプリでのコミュニケーションに嫌な顔もせず付き合ってくださいました。

旧市街にあり、観光にとても便利。 すぐ近くに、レストランなどショップもたくさん有ります。 駅にも近いので、VIA鉄道を利用するのにも便利でした。

ホテルの外観は可愛らしく、お部屋はとても広くて綺麗でした。コンシェルジュも丁寧で優しく、外国人観光客にもフレンドリーでした。立地も最高で、どこへ行くにもアクセスが良く最高です！またこのホテルに来たいです！

女性のスタッフが多く、対応も大変親切でした。立地も良く、女性が安心して滞在出来る宿だと思います。

スタッフの対応、部屋の清潔さは申し分ないです。 ホテル内の駐車場は狭く駐車しづらいです

Tout était parfait.

The breakfast was simple but good. Quebec food products always taste great. Sausages, homefries, good scrambeled eggs. Toast. Yogurt etc. My only constructive feedback would be that when the breakfast area gets busy, the flow of food could be organized better. Silverware is "hidden" below in front of people who are lined up, jams are on the other side of the room from toast. Tiny adjautments could mean less people criss crossing the space. The 2 front desk staff and the yound lady putting food out at breakfast were all extremely personable. The hotel and room was clean and the location is right in the heart of old QC. There are a few hotel parking spots and there is street parking.

Bel endroit propre. Bien situé. Nous étions au dernier étage (5 ieme). Chambre tranquille.

Tout est excellent. La seule chose la photo indiquait que c’était sans tapis au lieu du tapis. On aurait aimé mieux sans tapis.

Excelente hotel in old Quebec close to everything

Such a cute little hotel with lovely staff, and in a perfect location.

À notre arrivée, la jeune fille qui nous a accueillis était très gentille et aimable. Dans l'ensemble, tout s'est bien passé.

Well run hotel, really in the middle of things to see in old town area of Quebec. Clean and very quiet, friendly staff made stay a pleasure.

We often stay here because of the convenient Old Quebec location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Love the 24 hr espresso machine and wine bar. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great spot, we were lucky to get a parking space, will go again

Bien situé

Beautiful hotel!! Comfortable beds, luxurious pillows, clean and spacious. We couldn't get parking at the hotel, but were able to park about 3/10ths of a mile away. Highly recommend!!!
