便利な場所にあります。地下鉄駅も近い。 スタッフも普通に感じが良かった。

素晴らしいホテルだと思います。 毎日水ボトルやエスプレッソマシンのカプセルを 提供してくれるのでコンビニやスーパーを探す 必要がありません。 また朝食がとても美味しい。 かなりのお勧めです。ポルトガルが好きになり ました。

徒歩観光には非常に便利な場所で、航空券と一緒でかなりお値打ち価格だったので、七連泊しました。 連泊のためか、到着時にはウェルカムスイーツが部屋に。長旅の疲れがほぐれました。滞在中はカジュアルでアットホームな居心地の良さを感じました。途中数日留守にするからその間はお掃除いらないですよ、と伝えておいたら、戻ってくるとまたスイーツとポートワインが。 最終日、早朝出発のため朝５時にタクシー予約お願いしましたが、タクシーもチェックアウトも完璧でした。初日にクレジットカードで仮デポジットを切られますが、事前支払い済みであれば、アウト時には宿泊税だけの支払いです。安心して滞在できます。 また是非お世話になります。美味しく楽しい滞在をありがとうございました。

朝食が美味しくて、メイン通りに面しているので、色々と行動するのに便利でした。部屋も清潔でとても満足でした。

リスボン市内を観光するのに、地下鉄の駅が徒歩1分で、動きやすい立地です。 室内は、開放的ではないけれど、快適なベッド、スタイリッシュなバスルーム、があり満足できます。 ウエルカムドリンクにシャンパン、たくさんのスイーツ、思いがけないエッグタルトや、ワインのサービスもあって、帰宅のたびにうれしい感動でした。

地下鉄の出入口が目の前でどこに行くのも大変便利。 又、徒歩で町の中心まで行ける立地も大変良い。 9泊でしたので、部屋が2階で、予想していたより眺望がなく、窓が一か所だった点が若干不満でしたが、清潔でした。 フロントの対応もしっかりしていました。

I booked on Expedia, and hotel said I wouldn't get loyalty points and couldn't use any of my loyalty benefits. Then, did not have a roll away bed. Then, had a pillow menu, but didn't have any memory foam pillows. Then safe was locked and not usable. Not very professional at all.

Sofitel in Lisbon is NOT - 5⭐️ hotel. The rooms are tired and dusty. Mirrors were not clean. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable, with a big hump in the middle. The staff is not at all inclined to help. Asking for reservations for a restaurant was always impossible. All restaurants were booked supposedly but by ourselves, we could get reservations. The staff is incompetent and not helpful. But mostly a very disturbing event occurred. On Saturday June 20, my son arrived with his family from Algarve and as we were staying only 2 nights, they decided to only use 3 of the 4 suitcases, asking the parking attendant to leave the 4th suitcase in the trunk. They left the keys of the car to the parking attendant and did not use the car at all for 2 days. When we were leaving for the airport this morning, he asked where the 4th suitcase was? It disappeared completely. He called us in our car on our way to the airport and asked us to check if by chance, we had the 4th suitcase which was supposed to remain in the trunk of his rental car. But of course, it wasn’t in the trunk of our rental car. After many conversations with Jorge the manager, the story is that they delivered 4 suitcases to the room on Saturday - this is an outrageous lie. We’ll need to try to file a police report from Montreal to the Lisbon police. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY IN A SOFITEL HOTEL.

As an All-Accor member and given the name of “Sofitel” I expected more. From the start it felt as if my husband and I were discriminated against. We are POC. During the check in process we were greeted by the doorman who took our luggage and asked us to wait on a couch right next to the check in counter to be assisted with check in. We did as instructed and waited while new guests walked in who were white and given service immediately and checked in before us. My husband then decided to just stand and wait so we were noticed more and he went up to the check in counter to initiate the process himself. During the check in process the individual who checked us in claimed we had two reservations under different names which was untrue. She didn’t realize multiple guests could have the same last name and made us feel like we had made a mistake, but this was cleared up. Since we arrived a tad early we were asked to wait until the room was ready and that we could leave and explore the city and would receive a call once our room was ready. We did not. Additionally, the front desk staff was overall rude and not helpful. We asked for assistant with the room plugs since they were all European and we were unable to charge our devices. We were instructed to purchase adapters even though the hotel obviously had loaned adapters to other rooms. Over our 5 night stay we were never greeted when leaving or arriving to the property. Also, the cleaning staff needs better training on knocking.

Excellente localisation, proche du tout station de métro en face de l’hôtel. Excellent rapport qualité prix petit déjeuner extrêmement correct et bien fourni personnel. Serviable la salle de sport est petite mais bien équipée. Excellent choix.

The location is super good, walking to everything. Lots of shops and restaurants just steps away. Staffs are helpful, room is clean and specious, washroom layout is not efficient, water is easy to spill out from the sink. We don’t get toothpaste everyday, last day I was too lazy to call and ask for toothpaste, they don’t provide new toiletries everyday. Breakfast I always have the same foods, no changes for 4 days, not enough choices.
