Love the staff.

Zoals altijd, een heel comfortabel hotel! Vlakbij de snelweg, goede verbinding met centrum Parijs! En een mooie parking!

Staff seems a bit unorganized, gave us the key to someone else’s room and we walked in on them. Funnily enough before doing so gave us the typical “I’m so uninterested in you” attitude. Ended up being a bit embracing f

Chambre grande et bien agencée. Lit de bonne taille. Isolation sonore pas terrible, on entend les portes du couloir et les voisins de chambres. Parking couvert et protégé apprécie. Alentour de l'hôtel un peu insécure. Je n'ai pas osé sortir manger à l'exterieur, beaucoup de jeunes ayant tenter de m'importuner lors de mon arrivée.

Great stay. I have just two comments: - it was a bit too hot in the room (in winter) - and the shower is not well designed, it is practically impossible to not wet all the floor of the bathroom

L'hôtel est top. J'y ai dîné pour la première fois, et là il y a de l'amélioration à faire comme vu avec l'équipe.

All in all okay but: Bathroom (room 402,) was flooded after 1min shower because the edge of the shower was misaligned so that water flew out rather than back in. Addressing this one morning and promise that they will look into it and no solution on the same morning is not something I accept from a chain like Marriott... During checkout I came to know that they wanted to taky my Bonvoy points for the stay even I booked via Hotels.com If I had not explicitly asked for an invoice I would not have realized. Summary: OK hotel but staff not too competent, unfortunately.

Great stay

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Bahn ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, die Umgebung war gepflegt und ansprechend. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, wobei Brötchen etwas gefehlt haben. Es war ein sehr angenehmer und zufriedenstellendervAufenthalt.

In diesem Mariott fühlst du dich nicht was besonderes wie bei anderen Mariotts. Das Essen ist sehr schlecht, Frühstück sowie Restaurant und sehr teuer. Das Frühstück ist das gleiche wie in einem billigen Hotel aber der Preis ist sehr hoch. Zwei Tage hintereinander musste ich melden dass ich kein Duschgel habe, mein Zimmer wurde am 2 Tag nicht gemacht, ich hatte gebeten die Heizung auszustellen, was ebenfalls nicht gemacht wurde. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht schön und es gibt nichts schönes in der Nähe. Das einzige Mariott dass mich bis jezt enttäuscht hat.

Bon hôtel confortable. Bien situé entre La Défense et Bezons Chambre un peu bruyante coté rue.

Hotel avec de belles chambres propres et récentes … assez proche de Paris (20-25 mn du centre en voiture). Les alentours de l’hôtel sont peu attirants mais à part cela très bon hôtel au global et son accueil chaleureux et professionnelle.
