Nice, fresh breakfast. Fitness room limited and small. Over all, interior color was a bit dark….lighten it up a bit

As mentioned previously to staff i had the shower head break off and hit me in the head. The coffee maker has no outlet. The outlets were full. Also the tv settings were all messed up and not connected. Was offered gummy candy and ice cream. Then to clmplete evwrything mt charge for one room was 2497$. They messed up my recipt.

Nice hotel and close to the airport

Nous avons bien apprécié notre sejours! Malgre le manque de respect totale des autres clients, et que pour la premiere fois en 8 ans que nous allons et nous avons recu des couverture usagé. Nous avons seulement remarquer a notre deuxième nuits de vacance du a la fatigue du jour precedent, donc toujours vérifiez les couvertures.

The hotel staff in the afternoon was a mess. She was very unfriendly, and it was obvious she does not want to work. On the other hand, the staff member with short hair was very kind and helpful. The pool was good to play for young child.

Always enjoy our stay

We stayed near the airport due to weather issues. The hotel was fine, nothing spectacular, exactly what we needed from an airport hotel. The staff were excellent. And it was so nice when we arrived really late and there was a shelf where we could buy snacks. The waterslide was a big hit the next morning. Based on her reports, it was an amazing waterslide.

Rooms were clean great staff. We have stayed at this Hotel many times and have always enjoyed our stay. Our last stay was not great. There was a hockey team and they were all running wild, parents had open liquor down at the pool, their children were unattended and running full force around the pool and acting inappropiately and making for unsafe conditions. Will not stay again when there is a hockey team and will ask ahead of time.

Welcoming staff, family friendly and pet friendly. Clean and tidy.

The hotel was filled with kids….should tell parents no running in the hallways especially with a wood from construction. Quite noisy

Pool was small and full of kids, not great for older kids. Room ok, dust on headboard. Dark gloomy rooms and hall, need some bright colours

Hotel was good except no paper receipt because I booked through Expedia. Was not impressed with that but lesson learned for me

Pool and waterside were hit for the grandkids.

Pets were allowed. The hotel was busy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean but could use some updating. The gym was a small room that looks as though it would have been a hotel room at one point. It had a few of the staples but not a lot of space if multiple people were present. Complimentary breakfast was fair (yogurt, cereal) and buffet style food was hot. The first floor hallway had an odd smell to it.

A little noisey it was March break. Walls are thin.

Nice stay for the price, needs a hot tub!
