コストパフォーマンスが良い。 路地の奥にあり、路地の入口にホテル案内表示があるがスペイン語が話せないと見つけるのはかなり困難だが次回も利用する。

仕事でマヨルカ島に滞在した際に利用しました。 フロントの方達は総じて丁寧で明るく、気持ちの良い対応を受けました。 街中の繁華街に位置していて、海からは少し歩きますが、散歩に行くにはちょうど良いぐらいの距離だと思います。 部屋も清潔で十分な広さでした。 コロナ対応のためにビストロが閉鎖されていたのが残念でした。朝食は美味しかったです。

スタッフの対応が抜群に良かったです。受付でもレストランでも色々と気に掛けてくれて、とても親切に対応してくれました。 部屋も清潔感があり、アメニティも一通り揃っていたので不便なく過ごすことができました。 また、朝食は、オーダー式でしたが、ボリュームもあり、とても美味しかったです。 Palmaの他のホテルを知らないので比較はできませんが、おすすめホテルの一つであることに間違いはないと思います。

This was my second stay. The hotel is located minutes away from Placa Espana and the bus station so traveling about the island is super easy. Staff was wonderful and my room was super clean. I will stay again if I find myself in Palma..............I hope I will someday

Stadshotell i en trång gränd (svårt att köra in med bil till) med ett bra läge nära restauranger, shopping och tåg till Soller. Ingen hiss till rummen som finns på tre olika våningsplan. Mörka rum då de vätter ut mot trång, skuggig gränd. Fuktigt, illaluktande badrum med trä(!)golv. Endast vatten i kylen och som inte blev påfyllt under veckan. Restaurangen drivs av annan aktör än hotellet. Hotellpersonalen satt bakom disken och tittade på sin datorskärm. Sällan att man fick ögonkontakt och ännu mer sällan ett "hej", "godmorgon" eller ett leende. Vi upplevde det nästan som att de inte tycker om sina gäster. Vi förstår inte hur detta hotell kan ha så högt betyg på Hotels.com.

Overall, the place is nice. Room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that it was noisy in the morning. Each day I was awakened earlier than I'd have liked because of the noise. Various power tools being used (a jackhammer one day, a powerwasher the next), loud guests in the courtyard, etc. If you're one of these people who wakes up at 6AM everyday it might not bother you, but if like me, you like to sleep in a bit on vacation... its something to consider. This despite sleeping with ear plugs in. Other than that, its okay.

Hotellet ligger meget sentralt til. Badet var preget av fukt/mugg. Ikke heldig. Mye støy fra lobby/restaurant opp til rommet. Veldig lytt.

Large room with comfortable bedding. Only thing lacking was having take stairs to your room. Breakfast was well presented and self serve. Enjoyed the coffee and croissants each morning along the Spanish ham very tasty

Lovely clean and spacious rooms, with a great breakfast in the morning. Fab location close to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Mysigt hotell med bra läge. God frukost som vi åt på den mysiga innegården. Perfekt med den lilla poolen på taket.

La position géographique de l'hôtel sur Palma est excellente, la propreté et le service très bien. Deux bémols: le patio (qui est magnifique) est très fréquenté le soir ce qui fait que l'hôtel est très bruyant enfin la piscine n'a rien à voir avec les photos de l'hôtel, on pourrait plutôt parler d'une grande baignoire.

We had a relaxing stay. The hotel was well located for everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

Hotel perfectly located for old town walks and and well connected with airport public bus a1. Literally 5 mins walk from the bus stop. The staff went over and beyond to make our short stay memorable. Receptionist was lovely and spoke immaculate English. Very friendly and accommodating to our 2 year old. Breakfast ample. Bar reasonably priced with very good cocktails. We stayed in a junior suite which was designed with style, simplicity and functionality in mind. I would not hesitate to stay there again though in high season I anticipate it might be outside of my price range.

Nice hotel perfect for exploring the old town. Some noise issues especially with rooms overlooking the court yard. Breakfast was basic but adequate
