A little bit noise by neighbors restaurant sound

基本的に素晴らしいサービス、設備でしたが、部屋の清掃ができておらず、前の宿泊客のゴミが残ってました。

３泊しました。１泊はスタンダードプランで本館山側の角部屋でした。土曜日で海岸に通じる道沿いの店？が夜遅くまで音楽を流しており、眠れませんでした。 残り２泊は、エコノミープランで別館でした。フロントでは海が見えないと言っていましたが、窓は小さかったですが、幸い見える部屋でした。 全体的に設備に古さは感じますが、近くにスーパー、レストランが多数あり便利なところです。 プールは屋外と屋内があります。スパとありましたが、ジャグジーのことを指すのでしょうか。Sunset Beachは敷地を通り徒歩３～４分の便利なところ。

オーシャンビューの部屋で旧市街へもバスで10分程度と最高のロケーションでした。部屋の中で時折パチパチ音がした事以外は満足しました。

アクセスが少し不便でしたが、そのほかの満足度が高いので、全体的には良かったです。

周辺の案内を頼んだときに、言葉だけの説明で、「そっちにいって、スーパーのそばにあるよ」のような感じで、実際問題かなりわかりにくかった。周辺地図にマークしてくれるなど、もう少し親切な対応があってもよかったのではないか、と思った。

リフォームしたばかりなのか、部屋自体は綺麗なのだが、部屋に入ると下水の匂いが充満している。これはずっと消えなかった。 バスタブにお湯をためると、他人の髪の毛が浮かんできた。 またベッドすぐ上の高くない天井隅に新しくないクモの巣と虫の死体があった。ｽﾘｯﾊﾟはない。 エレベーターは古いのか、ぎしぎし軋む音が鳴りスピードが遅い。2台しかないため、時間によってはかなり待つはめになる。 周辺はスーパーや小さいショッピングモールなどもあるが旧市街程混雑はなく、便利な場所だと思う。旧市街にはバスで10分～15分。しかしバスは時間によっては20分位待つこともあるのでドアtoドアで30分～40分程みていたほうがいい。駐車場は広い。 朝食は種類が豊富で沢山ある。しかし残念なことに乳製品近くに小さいゴキブリを見た。 全体的に掃除が行き届いていないのかもしれない。

Not well kept

Close to restaurants and beach. Beautiful pool. Friendly and helpful staff. 25 minute walk to port gruz, 45 min walk to Old town. Perfect.

Current location to the promenade and lots of restaurants. When was rather small, but the pool is very nice in the gym is very nice as well. I would stay here again.

Lovely pool area with nice food and reasonable prices

Great location, plenty of restaurants and bars all around, a nice walking trail where to enjoy the sunset. Excellent facilities (huge pool outdoor and indoor, free parking) and staff. Room with two large windows.

Hotel muito ruim o ar condicionado era tão barulhento que tivemos que desligar as camas velhas faziam barulho quando a gente se mexia não aconselho este hotel pra ninguém hotel fraco e caro e ainda ficamos hospedado num anexo mesmo tendo pago muito caro

Great hotel! Loved the pools, spa and proximity to the beach and restaurants- great breakfast- nice bar - spacious rooms - excellent view!

Front desk staff were fantastic and made reservations for us for dinner, accepted our lost luggage and helped coordinate our very early morning taxi to airport!

Very good location, near the beach, restaurants and bars in a quiet yet vibrant area. Two well connected bus stops within walking distance, which are only 15 minutes travel to the Old town at 10 minutes intervals. The breakfast selection was brilliant with options for every taste including gluten free options. Two good size outdoor pools and one heated one inside, plus a beautiful beach bay with great swiming locations especially in the rocky coastal caves. The staff were great and couldn't of been more happy to help. I was really impressed with this hotel ideal for a few weeks or city break option. There are also a couple of good late night drinking options near by, if thats your thing 😁
