22時着のフライトだったため空港近くに「とりあえず１泊」目的の素泊まりでしたが、とても居心地が良かったです。 バスタブ付きでお湯の出も申し分なく、スリッパや電気ポットもあり、ミニバーの水２本（FREEでした！）を湧かしてお茶を飲むことができ、寛げました。 夜はタクシーを使いましたが翌朝チェックアウト後は空港まで送ってもらえた(FREE)のと、スーツケースをチェックアウト後１日預かってもらえたのも良かったです。

La chambre fissure au mur, un thermostat qui ne baisse pas, obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre en pleine nuit, une caution encaissé, les excuses c'est bien, un geste commercial aurait été bien mieux, quand on sait que les clients n'ont pas bien dormi. Petit déjeuné, on a attendu pour donner le numéro de la chambre, nous avons décidé de commencer. Il serait bien d'améliorer la formation des personnes, qui parlent beaucoup, de mettre des gants quand on pose un pain enveloppé dans du cellophane. Je suis surpris pour un pullman du séjour que j'ai passé.

This was my first time in France, and I really enjoy seeing that this property. I chose to purchase the daily breakfast, it was fantastic. The front desk attendant was phenomenal, I believe her name was Claudia, she was extremely nice and I will rebook with this hotel because of her. She showed me how to get around on the public transit and gave me a parting gift. She was a darling and I can't say enough of how much she made my first international, solo travel experience such a treasure! There was a little mildew in the shower, but everything else was fantastic. I do not speak French and the staff was very accommodating to me. The food was divine and the pool was great. I can't wait to come back to Toulouse next spring!

Comfortable clean airport hotel, slightly zany decor. Good car park, convenient for the main terminal. Set in something of an industrial zone but then it's very near the airport, which is rather the point. Good soundproofing of rooms. I thought the breakfast was a bit expensive but overall good value. Nice swimming pool if you have time to spare.
