All staffs are very nice and full of hospitality. I was so satisfied with those members and appreciated well. Single room was so small but it's enough to stay only 2 days for me. Only early morning, around 6:00 am., It might be the wind coming from sea. Then I smelled bad air in my room... so this point was not hotel's matter, but I couldn't sleep well.

スタバもあり便利です。 ホテルでは無料のWi-Fiが使えます。 分からないことは、フロントに訊ねるとちゃんと親切に教えてくれます。 清潔なホテルです。

24時間のWi-Fi料金払いましたが 繋がらない時間があって そんな時に必要な事が重なり残念でしたバスルームの配管が詰まって水が流れなかったけど、直ぐに来てくれて 改善しました。 その他は快適に過ごしました。

去年も宿泊して、スタッフが皆親切でフレンドリー、部屋は清潔で広さも十分。シャワーもお湯がしっかり出る。 場所も便利で夜でも安全。など言う事なしだったので再び宿泊。 去年とほぼ同じスタッフが勤務していました。従業員が辞めずにいるという事はそれだけ良い所なのだろうと想像されました。

初日夜11時過ぎに到着した時、ダブルブッキングで部屋がなく、系列の別のホテルを手配された。疲れていたがスタッフの対応が良かったためスムーズに移動してチェックインできた。 宿泊中もスタッフは皆フレンドりーで、セキュリティもしっかりしているので、安心して滞在できた。

・コンセントが少ない。洗面所に2個、電気ケトル用1個のみ。デスク周りにないのでとても不便。 ・インターネット接続は、30分おきくらいにユーザ名とパスワードの入力を求められて煩わしい。 ・朝食がかなりショボイ。テーブル数も少なく、外で待たされる。席が空いても案内がない。

インド門近辺に行くには遠いが、各企業が中心エリアから離れつつある昨今ではビジネスユースには快適です。部屋もタイプによるが、スイートは値段の割に広く快適です。

レストランではビールも飲めるし、とにかく満足でした。

Rooms although on the small side were fine for 2 ppl. The bathroom fan is super noisy and irritating. They’re a nice bunch and all the staff were super friendly and would try to make your stay as nice as possible. I’d stay here again if in Mumbai as the hotel is no frills but has everything you need. Location is great as well.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Bawa Continental Staff are great especially the guys that clean the room and the room service was excellent food was great

Nothing unique. Bedsheets were not clean and had yellow stains like they haven’t washed for sometime

Rooms are small, however it was very clean.

Good, but could so better as the TV unsuited was not working well as it was a very old one with the remote signals not working efficiently, was brought to the attention of staff, however not much was done to rectify the issue

I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff once again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful ... especially Glen, Manali, Milind, Revati and Dinesh with food and room service.

The start off was pretty good, they had sent a driver to pick me up at the airport since I arrived at 3am. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was a bit smaller than what I expected but it was very clean. They provided 2 bottles of water every day. For some reason the refrigerator was not cooling anything and my water stayed lukewarm. I bought bottle of wine and it refused to reach a chilled temp. They did provide disposable tooth brush and tooth paste daily. And the rooms were made up very nicely every day. Breakfast was included in the stay. The variety was not much but they had my favorite idli with chutney so I was happy and of course the chai was really good. There were a few good places to eat right down the street and also JW Marriot was across the street so I went and hung out at the bar there. Juhu beach was walkable from there and getting an uber to go places was super easy. Checkout was very quick and easy as well. If you are looking for a budget stay in Juhu, this place the way to go. I paid about $330 for 4 nights.

I have stayed a number of times, mainly for the relatively short distance to the airport but also the nice Juhu Beach. The rooms are well fitted out, although the lighting is complicated! The only issue was that my room was on the main road and a little noisey from the traffic. Other rooms are better. The staff are very welcoming and the food very good indeed.
