The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Air conditioner was not working well, so couldn't sleep well...

２週間以上の滞在。中心部にあり飲食店などが近く便利だが、夜は周辺に人通りが少ない。部屋は新しくはないが清潔。ベッドは快適。チェックイン時にドアが壊れカギが締まらないのを見つけて閉口したが、翌日にすぐ修理してくれた。洗濯物は預かってもらえず、近くのクリーニング屋を案内されたが既に移転しており、手洗いで乗り切った。朝食は毎日同じメニュー。レセプションの対応は丁寧で不快な気持ちになることはなかった。

まず感じたのが、スタッフがフレンドリーで親切だということ。海外でよくある冷たい対応は一切なかった。みんなに優しいスタッフ、これだけで個人的に高評価。 部屋は十分すぎるほど広く快適だった。広々とした部屋にキングサイズベッド。圧迫感のない高い天井。女性に嬉しい広い洗面台とレインシャワー機能付きのバスルーム。とても快適に過ごせます。小さなバーカウンターのようなものあったのでここでお酒を飲んでも楽しいかもしれない。セーフボックスもあり。 朝食も高評価。朝に嬉しいオレンジジュースもあり、しっかりビタミン補給できた。新鮮なハムとチーズが美味しくて、トーストしたパンに挟んで5回も食べてしまった。頼めばスクランブルエッグも作ってくれるので、大満足なおいしい自分サンドウィッチが作れた。アルゼンチンらしくdulce de lecheもあった。 問題点はシャワーを浴びる時、敷居が低いため洗面台側に水漏れすること。バスマットで工夫すれば多少は防ぐことは可能。構造的に同タイプの部屋でも同じことは発生すると思う。しかし総合的に満足しているので、そんなことは些細なことだった。 個人的にはオススメのホテル。機会があれば必ずまた泊まりたいと思う。トライベッカさん、ありがとう。また来ますね。

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Max the front desk clerk was very helpful and got us into our room early. The hotel is well located and walkable.

Quarto limpo. As toalhas eram muito antigas. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, com mais proteína.

Excelente lugar

Absolutely loved my room. The huge windows and high ceiling. The hotel although being in a busy and not particularly salubrious area, is an absolute oasis of peace. Really enjoyed my stay. Some of the fixtures and fittings are a showing signs of wear but apart from that it was a great value stay. Great location for attractions too.

The front entrance is difficult to enter and get to the front door. It is not good with wheeled luggage. A smooth entrance would be easier for luggage. No Tissue in the room…had to use toilet tissue and almost ran out… Balcony was lovey. King size bed was great. Staff helpful especially calling a ride for us to the airport.

Comfortable stay. Well located. As for the top floor unless you want to be kept up from the noise at the event centre.

Zimmer waren teilweise in einem sehr abgewohnten Zustand: Fliesen gesprungen, Seifenspender gingen nicht, Schimmel im Bad etc.

Hotel is a solid 3 stars. Location is great if you want to be near theaters, shooing, restaurants, and center of the city Obelisco. Some of the streets have very narrow side walks, or broken tiles (most BA). If you pay with credit card, you safe yourself a 21% of VAT tax. Excellent bang for your buck.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, y en las fotos se ve limpio, pero ya que llegue al hotel y realice el check-in, llegando a la habitación hay protectores auditivos de espuma junto a un papel que dice “nos gustaría abordar un pequeño desafío que estamos enfrentando…hemos notado y somos conscientes que el salón de eventos puede llegar a ser un poco ruidoso en ocasiones y entendemos que esto puede afectar su tranquilidad… queremos que se sientan cómodos… por lo que estamos tomando diversas medidas … colocaremos tapones para los oídos”, el problema es que durante la reserva no te dicen nada de estos desafíos, la limpieza mal, encontré insectos y lo reporte en recepción, no logré descansar por el alto ruido, terminé entregando la habitación a las 6 de la mañana, si buscas descansar y limpieza, este hotel no lo recomiendo

O quarto era bom, espaçoso e confortável. Ficamos no terceiro pavimento. Não se ouvia barulho de rua, apesar de estar localizado no centro. O atendimento foi muito bom, com funcionários muito educados e dispostos. O café da manhã é bom, e conta com opções de pães e bebidas. O hotel é localizado no centro, e apesar de não a rua mais bonita dali, conseguíamos andar de forma segura nos arredores, a pé, até 19:30h aprox. Para os perfeccionistas, a limpeza do banheiro deixará um pouco a desejar, mas nada que não se converse na recepção. Existem alguns itens disponíveis para compra na recepção, o que facilita também a estadia
