総合評価とレビュー Líbere Madrid Palacio Real

プエルタ・デル・ソルやマヨール広場、グランビア通りに近く観光の拠点として最適のロケーションです。ルームキーのコードがメールで送られてきてチェックインも専用端末で行うので、あっているかどうか不安もありましたが問題なくできました。ソファーベッドの出し方が分からず困っていたところ、たまたま通りかかった清掃スタッフの方がとても親切に対応してくれました。レジデンスタイプのホテルで食器類も充実していたので、スペイン最後の夜はスーパーで食材を買ってきて部屋でホームパーティー風に食事をとりました。またぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。

他のレビューで心配していましたが、ホテルもすぐに見つけられ、入り口も事前に送られてくるコードの入力で簡単に入ることができました。 歴史的な外観なのに、中はとても近代的だしきれいだし、部屋も広くて使いやすかったです。 冷蔵庫と電気コンロが付かなかったのが残念でしたが、2泊だけだったので特に問い合わせませんでした。 でも滞在中は専用のアプリでいつでもスタッフが対応してくれるようなので、その点は安心して過ごせました。 立地も抜群で、またマドリードに滞在する際は利用したいです。

チェックインの際に初めてだと勝手が分からずに戸惑いました。 滞在中、何度か扉の外で困っている人を見かけました。

ソル駅から徒歩数分の立地で良かったです。 部屋も広くて快適でした。滞在中に使用することはありませんでしたが、部屋にはキッチンもありました。 チェックイン開始時間は14時からでしたが、ホテルに着いたのが13時前頃でもチェックインさせてもらえたのはとても助かりました。

A great boutique hotel with very good value. Our kitchen was tiny but helped us a lot. You can ask frontdesk for pans, utencils, bowls and cutluries. 3minutes walk to El Cortes Ingles where a huge supermarket is located.

スタッフの方々が本当に親切で優しいです。 ホテル付近のオススメ施設や飲食店など、色んな情報を提供していただけますし、手間を惜しむことなく引き受けてくれました。 交通の便や治安もよく、また利用したいホテルです

　三つ星の設備ですが、コスパは高いです。スタッフはとても丁寧で親切。場所も観光地ど真ん中でどこに出るにも徒歩圏といってよさそうです。

The staff was so helpful! We asked them to reserve tickets for a train to Toledo, look up for supermarkets open on Sundays and they did it so efficiently! We did have some trouble with the keys, but they were so willing to help us we had no reason to complain. Ten out of ten fithe staff!

Amazing service during the major shut down in Madrid

Un séjour correcte car l’etablissement est très bien placé mais extremement bruyant (aucune insonorisation ni entre les chambres ni avec la rue). A notre également quail était impossible de mettre la climatisation toujours réglée sur le chauffage fin avril debut mai ! La litteri cependant est très correcte

För priset man betalar ska frukost absolut ingå då städning av rum endast sker när man lämnar hotellet och 2 rullar toapapper för 2personer från måndag-lördag är i underkant. Lite fler kapslar än 2 till Nespressomaskinen hade inte heller varit fel. Tvål/hår duschmedlet luktade rengöringsmedel för toalett gick inte att använda. Annars väldigt bra geografiskt läge

We had two rooms on the top floor, and I would suggest that if you are taller than 5ft4, you do not reserve these! With the slopes, it is impossible to walk around without bending. The rooms were basic and as advertised. The key for me was the location, we could pretty much walk everywhere. I saw a lot of negative reviews about the noise but it did not bother any of us. In any case, they provide ear plugs in their welcome package if needed. There is NO PHYSICAL front desk - note that this is a virtual front desk which is very responsive via WhatsApp. We saw one of the guests having some trouble entering the building and they were able to reach someone right away. Overall this was a 3.5 for me in terms of the room, and 5 in terms of location.
