●空港から 今回はタクシーを使用しました。ホテルまでの行きがお昼頃で30ユーロ、帰りの空港までが早朝で24ユーロ程度でした。 タクシーで到着する正面玄関は、自動ドアが開かずにロックされていることがあります。あわてずに、右となりのインターフォンを押すと、何も聞かれずに開けてくれます。 ●立地 芸術科学都市から徒歩圏内です。ホテルにはショッピングセンターが隣接し、ZARAなどの服飾店の他、各種レストラン、マクドナルドやタコベル、うどん屋さんなどもあります。 また、道路を渡った反対側にデパートがあり、地下には薬屋さん、スーパーマーケットも入っているうえに、夜10時頃まで営業していて便利です。 ●スタッフ どのスタッフも親切でフレンドリーです。ほとんどの方に英語が通じます。 ●部屋 清潔感があり、掃除が行き届いていて、気持ちの良い部屋です。ツインベッドの部屋は、ベッドの間の隙間が無いタイプですので、ご留意ください。ちなみに私の部屋は、2つのベッドのマットレスの高さが違いました。 冷蔵庫、セキュリティボックスは部屋内にありません。 洗面ではボディーソープとシャンプーが一緒になったものが、小分けの袋で用意されている他はドライヤーなどの最小限の設備です。 WiFiはフロントでいうと、パスコードを教えてもらえます。部屋内でも快適に使えました。

Habitación correcta y camas cómodas. Check in rápido. No nos gustó que para desayunar hay que salir al hotel de enfrente.

The person on the front desk allways said my reservation is already ben paid also the same day i did check out they tools me you fine you room is already ben cancelled Ok i go the airport and when i almost Depart on the airplane the lady call me and try me like I was stealing and because i did never pay for a room they said my room already ben paid i did ask on the day i did arrive to check in on the day i did check out I'm believing that they already charged the Card that was in the system , I'm believing that they already charged the Card that was in the system but over than at i have to I had to endure the form of bad treatment on the phone of the reception or front desk manager and thief treatment ..!

For breakfast, Aqua 4 is much better than Aqua 3 because it offers a wider variety of food options.

Sunday Breakfast was not quite to pal, but the rest of the week was. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is located in a mall that you can find everything that you need. I recommend and will used again.

Breakfast was nice enough, but you have to go to the other hotel to get it. Rooms weren’t immensely clean, when I arrived I had to call room service straight away as the bathroom wasn’t clean. You wouldn’t stay in this hotel for its amenities. Location is fine. Staff were fine.
