ブエノスアイレス市でクレジットカードの盗難にあったのですが、ホテルのスタッフは最善を尽くして対処してくれました。特にLuciaには大変お世話になりました。「彼らに再会するためにまた行きたい」と思わせるような最高のスタッフでした。これまで２０年以上世界中を旅行してきましたが、今までで間違いなく最高のスタッフでした。

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado na Recoleta, quarto muito grande com bonita vista, com cama grande , macia e roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. Sala de banho com banheira larga( pode ser um problema para pessoas com limitações) e banheiro grande. Café da manhã bom , mas com poucas opções. Voltariamos

Para quem quer ficar na Recoleta e fazer muita coisa a pé, o hotel é uma ótima pedida. Bem localizado e com uma equipe atenciosa. Quartos espaçosos e a vista dá para uma pracinha simpática. Mas o blackout é ruim e a luz entra cedo; e o café da manhã é bem mediano, com pouca opção mais saudável, com menos açúcar, com exceção das frutas.

all i can say is do not stay here, it is the most dishonest person owning it or running it- i left and they would not refund me. I booked it literally last minute and did not read reviews on google... read the reviews... it is exact... they show you a balcony and the photos are misleading, when you arrive they want 200 usd to upgrade to what you thought you were getting. the rooms are dated, there is an entire building being ripped down outside the hotel windows on the back side, noise, toxic, they would not refund, me, they would not even split it with me. such dishonesty. there are stains on the curtains, the bathtubs have a hint of yellow, it has never been upgraded and should not be allowed to advertise on expedia nor booking... complete dishonest owners and managers . do not stay here

Central location, safe surroundings, good sized room but aesthetically unappealing. Breakfast certainly not worth it, mediocre at best. Not horrible just wouldn't stay there again.

Place was in the Recoleta area (more or less) and is very reasonably priced. It is clean and functional (mostly), outfitted with Ikea-like furnishings. If you are dependent on internet service, you're pretty much out of luck unless you want to camp out by the front desk. Front door was not working for 3 days, many burned out light bulbs. Once you climb into the tub shower (not easy if you have joint issues!) the water pressure is great, so that is a plus!

I liked the design of the hotel, staff was amazing, location is good and bedroom was big with comfortable bed, mini bar and microwave. Hotel need some care, for instance AC was not working appropriately, furniture was peeling off, curtain in the bathroom was broken and there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling.

Hotel super bem localizado, em regiao tranquila e bem servida de segurança e locais para refeições. Café da manha simples mas de qualidade. Quartos ótimos e bastante confortáveis. Cama muito boa. Equipe de atendimento atenciosos. Único detalhe ficou por conta do ar condicionado central que nao estava resfriando. Porem como os dias estavam friozinhos nao atrapalhou a estadia.

Excellent spot for after cruise stay. Comfortable beds and location is walking distance from restaurants and souvenir shopping.
