We had two reservations for consecutive three nights those which have with breakfast for first two days and have without breakfast for last day but separately because we didn't need it last morning for our early departure. Before we booked the above, we asked by email if available with same room for three nights. But no response. As the result, we stayed same room for three days. We had been very grateful if you could have replied before we booked the above that you have such flexibility.

観光施設には歩いて行ける範囲で、ホテル周辺にはスーパーなどもあるためとても便利。ホテルの部屋は清潔に管理されており、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。華美過ぎず居心地のいいホテルで、グラーツに来て良かったです。

全般的には快適だったがエアコンが効かない点はマイナス

It's quite good condition. It's very close to center of town and near old town. Many good restaurants and seenic spacce. About breakfast, many kind of ham and cheese.

街に近くて便利

快適なホテルでしたが，駅からの徒歩での移動はちょっと大変です。近くを通るバスが頻繁にあるので事前に調べてから行かれると良いと思います。(2016/9での中央駅HauptbanhofからのバスはLine63もしくは58で，Lendplatz下車。昼間は１時間に計８本運行されています）。

Easy access by car. Near train station and markt. Quiet room.

バスルームにシャーしかないタイプだったのですが、フロントにお願いしたら、バスタブ付きの部屋に変更してもらえました。私はバスタブ付きがホテル選びの重要要素になっているですが、今回は見落としてしまったようです。

タクシーへの忘れ物トラブルを相談したところ、即座に解決に導いてくれたスタッフに感謝。ネットコネクトも完璧。いうことナシ。

ビジネスライクで味わいはないがその目的ならGOOD。スタッフは典型的なオーストリア人。日本人からみると愛そうの表現が極端。良い時と悪い時の差が大きい。

ダウンタウン中心街から歩いても5分程度。価格の割には部屋も清潔で広く、コストパフォーマンスは高い。フロントの応対も丁寧で好感が持てる。

学会出張での利用です。きれいで清潔なホテルでした。スタッフの皆さんにも笑顔で応対していただきました。旧市街中心部にもほどほど近く、目の前には朝市をやっている広場もあり、横にSPAR（スーパー）もあって便利です。

実は利用するのは２回目です。今回は１週間滞在。 何しろ環境が良く、すごく便利です。 周り複数のにコンビニ、銀行ATM、レストラン、楽しい広場、おもちゃ屋さん、でも静か．．．言うことなし。スタッフも親切です。すごくおすすめです。

周りの環境いいです：日前は広場で静かで風紀も悪くないです。広場には市場が開かれ気軽なレストランや居酒屋有り、雰囲気の良いレストランも目の前にあり、ATM銀行も広場にある。また、隣にはコンビニ３つ有り。街中心までは正教会や川を眺めて１０分、観光地も近く。空港からはタクシーで20ユーロくらい。サウナ、ジムも使えます。ヨーロッパだから仕方ないけど、お風呂がないのが残念。朝食は14ユーロとちょっと高い。

Great location, friendly staff, big clean rooms

Staff were friendly and hotel was very clean.

The staff I interacted with were freindly, authentic & efficient. Sadly the room was too hot, even with the thermostat set to cool, it felt like a sauna. Hence sleeping with windows open (4 degrees outside), but this meant additional noise. In addition there arent enough staff at reception during busy times.

After we checked in, we went for a walk. When we returned, we found that someone had entered our room and had removed both bathrobes. It was a violation of our privacy and completely unacceptable.
