フロントスタッフは親切な人だったが、なぜか部屋が別館の古い方だった。ツインルームを頼んだつもりがなぜかトリプルルーム。隣の部屋のドアの開閉音楽が大きくて、階段も登り下りする度にギシギシいうので最初の夜は眠れなかった…。値段安かったのでグループ旅行ならいいかも。一人旅の人にはあんまりおすすめしない。立地はわりといいです。

朝食付きの宿泊でしたが、早朝出発だったので食べる時間がないので代わりにランチボックスをお願いしたところ、快く受けてくれました。しかし、早朝出発の際に話をした担当者とのコミニュケーションがとれていなかったようでランチボックスの準備がありませんでしたが、再度お願いしたところ出発までに準備してくれました。でも全体的にはロケーションも良く部屋も広く満足でした。

母（68歳）と娘（35歳）で4泊しました。 1番よかったのは便のよさ。 クラクフ本駅や旧市街、老舗マーケットStary Klepartzなどから徒歩10分程度、クラクフ国立美術館から徒歩20分程度、トラムのターミナル駅も徒歩10分程度と、観光に最適な立地でした。 治安ももちろん何の問題もなく、安心して周辺を歩けました。 冷蔵庫があったので、帰りに旧市街のスーパーでビールやハムなどを買って食べられたのも助かりました。 部屋は清潔で、朝食も美味しかったです。 難点は、1日だけタオルが交換されていなかったこと（フロントに持っていったらすぐ対応してくださいましたが）、洗面所がやや狭いこと、ティッシュがないことくらい。 なお、カミソリと歯ブラシのアメニティは置いていません。 バスタオル、ボディソープはあり。 ワルシャワで泊まった3つ星ホテルもそうだったので、ポーランド全体でそうかと思うのですが。 ボディソープは「兼シャンプー&フェイス用」と書いてありましたが、私はボディソープとしてのみ使用しました。 母ともども総じて満足。 楽しいクラクフ滞在ができて大変感謝しています。

フロントがよく機能しています。遅い時間のチェックインにも対応していただきました。宿泊証明の発行も快く行って頂けました。

ロケーション、設備、ともによいです。便利です。朝食は代わり映えしませんが、私は気になりませんでした。

If you are single and you dislike sleeping inside sauna, you must not stay at this hotel. I stayed in a single room for 4nights this Aug. I was suffering from heat in my room everynight because of a poor air conditioner.I claimed hotel stuffs to change room or fix air conditioner, but they couldn't. So I managed to sleep while opening windows in my room.Almost sleeping outside.

Great stay in a great location

The location was super, near the park, near the main Railway Station. The reception was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfasts were good, diverse, with sausages and juice. Very satisfied. The room was a bit small, but this is reasonable for that location. In the rainy days, umbrellas were available for free. Super Great stay.

Excellent Hotel in a great location. Lovely large room with comfortable bed. Everything was nice & clean.

It’s a good place to stay in Kraków close to the main square

Excellent breakfast! We couldn’t find any bottle opener, and the toilet seat wasn’t steady. The beds were good. On the whole a nice stay!

At my arrival after a 5 hour drive the lady at the desk told me that there was unfortunately a problem in their system. Due to this problem they've had to cancel my reservation and sent me to another hotel. All this happened without asking for my name, so as I arrived at the other hotel they've told me that the reservastion Hotel Alexander made was on another name and not on mine. At the end I could stayed at the second hotel. Then the next problem started because as I was on a business trip I needed a company name on the invoice but still after one week I'm waiting for this invoice. 2 calls, 2 emails and nothing happened yet. Not recommended!

Good location with trams, eating places not far from square and about 30 mins walk to Wavel Castle but we used tram and Bolt taxi very cheap. Buffet breakfast good for buffet had couple of hot options. Staff excellent.

Peaceful stay - comfy beds and good breakfast. Location of hotel to old Town and main square was perfect for us. Would stay here again if visiting Krakow

Wir haben schon vor einigen Jahren in diesem Hotel genächtigt, leider ist man nicht mit der Zeit gegangen. Schade, weil die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend.

Great city hotel and base for old town. Room was great staff extremely helpful.

Saknade någon form av uteplats att sitta vid. Kaffet var bara av typen snabbkaffe. Det enda som fanns laktosfritt till frukosten var mjölk. Hade gärna velat ha t ex laktosfri yoghurt och smör också.

Tolles Hotel. Sehr stadtnah.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast is very good. Quality coffee too.
