The property is beautiful and the staff are friendly. While the location requires a car, many lovely sights are just a short drive away. The breakfast selection is good and regularly topped up, though the service is entirely self-service (including seating) and feels impersonal. Some non-inclusive items are available, but they are very expensive, which discourages ordering. Our room needed some maintenance. Parts of the floor tiles were coming loose, posing a risk of cuts, so we had to keep our toddler in footwear at all times. The bath taps were stuck and unusable; although the separate shower worked, it would have been nice to run a bath for our child. We reported this twice but received no feedback or repair. The wall plugs were also quite loose, requiring extra care. During our stay, two weddings were held. The first night was very loud, with noise directly outside our window, resulting in poor sleep. The manager apologised the next morning and explained it was unusual, and thankfully the second wedding was much quieter with no disturbance.

Hotel bien situé, calme quoique proche de zone commerciale. Bon service d'ensemble. Chambre et parties communes spacieuses. Un regret, la restauration ne correspond pas aux photos du site. Plats simples, sans renouvellement, bon rapport qualité prix, mais pas en correspondance avec l'hotel. Pas vraiment de restaurant à proximité. Néanmoins hotel à recommander.

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour. La facade de cette hôtel est le seul élément qui fait rêver. Dans la chambre nous avons retrouvé plusieurs insectes vivant (7 mouches et 1 punaise). Des mouches ont d'ailleurs volé la nuit. La toilette a coulé toute la nuit ce qui nous a empêché de dormir. Le déjeuner était simple et décevant. Il n y avait pas de couverture mais juste un drap sur le lit. L'hôtel fait plusieurs événements en plus d'accueillir pour hébergement ! Attention a vous, car on a pas été avertis de notre côté de ce genre de soirée. Le lendemain une brocante avait également lieu dans l'accueil de l'hôtel (ce que nous avons trouver très étrange). On avait réserver pour 2 nuits et nous avons décidé de partir après 1 nuit, ce fut suffisant pour nous. Évidemment aucun remboursement de l'hôtel même après notre mécontentement partagé et les insectes montrés

Although we were aware of location, issues with public transport meant I would hire a car next time. Beautiful building with wide corridors. We had booked a Junior suite with walk in shower due to my wife's mobility issues but on arrival we were allocated room 206 which was, in my opinion, a family room with no walk in shower. It had 1 king size bed and 2 made up single beds and no sofa/chairs. Took us a while to find the room as they had recently changed some of the room numbers but not changed the direction signs on the walls!!! My wife went down to query the room and was informed, the room was their biggest room. Their only room with a walk in shower was already occupied. My wife returned to the room not happy, we were there for 3 nights. I then went down to reception with your booking confirmation to show the manager and was given the same speech as my wife had received but I persevered and eventually was given the keys to room 111 to check. It was exactly what we booked, complete with sofa/chairs and more importantly, a walk in shower. Problem sorted but I get the impression we weren't the first people that had had this experience. Food in the restaurant was a little pricey but it was beautiful and staff were very attentive. I would recommend booking a table in advance as we saw people turned away on 2 nights. It will also depend out what other activities the hotel are hosting at the same time ie weddings, corporate events etc. Breakfast on the balcony was great
