Good location and friendly staff. I checked in my luggage, but it was just left next to the front desk, so I was worried that someone would take it.

Large rooms. Clean. Slight smell that we got used to. AC could have worked better. It kept kicking off and we went from hot and cold all night. Great location for Clifton Hill.

No lobby, parking lot small

Au début, il n’y avait pas d’eau froide dans la salle de bain pour l’évier ça c’est réglé par la suite. Le bain avait été repeinturé et la peinture ne tenait pas le coup comme il faut partout et quelques petites traces de moisissures dans le bas du rideau de douche, l’air conditionné était correct. Aucune prise de courant disponible dans la chambre pour brancher et recharger nos appareils, sauf une prise dans la salle de bain.

Great place close to everything. We could walk to Clifton Hill, the falls and even the casino. Lovely pool and very friendly staff.

Close to Clifton hill Staff is very helpful and polite Rooms were clean would have been nice if the had a fridge in the room When booking 2 rooms I asked for two balcony rooms and close together I received what I asked for plus a jointing rooms. Thank you!

The bed cover have cigarette burns and the carpet is filty.

The staff were polite enough. The tv was non existent, aside from dispersed signal. As if an antenna was in use. The pool area was clean, yet the advertised warmth was non existent. Wifi worked. No drinking water for refreshment, fridge, or microwave. Actually, I am surprised. With the amount of water in Niagara Falls, there was not a water fountain in sight.

Bathrooms are gross, beds are lumpy. You could feel every spring. Poor lighting, some outlets didnt work.

The best thing about this property is the location- it is very close to the attractions!

No fridge or microwave in room, pool was freezing, no parking available as spots were all taken, have to go outside amd to office if you want ice, extremely loud - woke uo more times due to noise then i did because of baby, staff wouldnt allow me to have extra towels in my room, only good thing about this hotel is the convenience if yiu want to do the tourist strip as it is so close

Pas assez de stationnement et il était mal déneigé, donc pas facile avec les valises. C’est très vieux et laid. Les lits sont très inconfortables. Bon c’est pas cher et proche de tout. Si je reviens à Niagara je vais payer plus cher et aller ailleurs, je vais sauver sur la chirotherapie.
