スタッフの対応が悪い

不便な場所なのを除けば概ね満足。 周りに食事する所がないのでホテル内のレストラン予約をした方が良いかも。

朝8時にルームキーピングがやってきて、許可していないのに勝手にドアを開けてきた。いったいどういう教育をしているのか不思議なホテル。ハード面は満足。

デラックスルームを頼んだのですが、エレベーターの無い地下の3つしか無い部屋の一つに入らされました。 景色は森のような感じでしたが、 印象は悲しい気持ちでした。 スタッフは教育が行き届いていました。

キャンディの喧騒からは離れられますが、可もなく不可もなしなホテルです。

街の中心からは車で２０分ほどなので、町歩きの拠点としてとしてはイマイチかもしれません。でも、静かで、建物も自然の地形を活かしていて、のんびり環境の良さを実感出来るホテルでした。もちろん清潔感もありシャワーの水圧も過不足なく満足できました。ユニバーサルタイプのコンセントの場所が分かりにくいのと、スパのスタッフが少なく適切な応対がなかったので、少し残念でした。

気品のあるホテルでした。部屋もソファご備え付けられており、かなり広めです。一泊しか出来なかったのが、残念なくらいでした。ホテルのインドカレーレストランも高級感あふれるシックな感じで、味も良く最高でした。

緑に囲まれ鳥の鳴き声が沢山聞こえる、広々とした素敵なホテルです。屋外プールやジムもありました。 キャンディの街からは少し遠く、乗り物を使わないと行き来できないので街歩きやホテル外での食事に出かけたりという過ごし方には向きません。リラックスしてのんびりするにはピッタリの宿でした。 ビュッフェスタイルのレストランと、インド料理のレストランがありました。

ここでの予約料金によるのか判らないが、部屋の位置が最悪だった。 フロント階からエレベーター２階に上がり、渡り廊下を渡った後に エレベーターで１階上がって降り、その後は２階分階段で下りる構造の建物。 朝食は満足できた。スリッパは無い。 キャンディの中心部から7Kmと離れているので車がないと不便。 客層は中東の人が毎日多く感じた。

日本における老舗ホテルって感じです。

Personalen var fantastiska, rummet var jätte fint det som störde mig mest vart att det var smutsigt i fogarna i badrummet och att kylskåpet i sovrummet lät som en jet motor maten var ganska halvdan

Friendly staff, cleanliness, great birding grounds, easy access to main city, Kandy.

This is the ideal place to be away from the daily rut. I was away from work on vacation and made the best of my time relaxing by the pool a day at the spa, the body massage I highly recommend. The bar lounge staff were polite and courteous, don’t miss to order Bloody Mary. Room service was amazing, quick and suggested entrees. One of the managers Mr Mithun was awesome he came to rescue one night when a private party was too loud. Overall the best hotel in Kandy. Thank you for making my stay memorable.

Excellent hôtel juste à l’entrée de Kandy, très grande chambre vraiment confortable avec vue sur la piscine et la vallée. Télévision et frigo .Extraordinaire petit-déjeuner, belle piscine, accueil professionnel dans un hall magnifique. Personnels très attentifs et professionnels. Certaines chambres ont des matelas plus confortables que d’autres. Je recommande !

Staff treated locals poorly.

This is a very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff are very welcoming and polite. The rooms are lovely and the food is good. Spent a lovely day relaxing by the pool which is very clean. Has come to Kandy for the Perahera and this was an oasis of quiet after the hustle and bustle. I would definitely book to stay here again.

Everything fabulous

I wonder whether this is the best hotel in Sri Lanka. I was amazed at the architecture, the location, the quality for the price. The service. The room was beautiful. It is worth getting out of Kandy proper to have this as a base to return to. To wake up in. Amazing
