部屋や水回りが清潔で過ごしやすかった。また、ウェルカムマカロンがあり、嬉しかった。2つの駅が使えて、安いスーパーも近くにあったので便利だった。

どこに行くのにも便利な立地にあり、とても素敵なホテルでした 部屋も朝食もスタッフの対応も申し分なしでした 次回ウィーンに来る際も必ず利用します

観光地から適度な距離で静かに過ごせました。サービスも丁寧でとても安心して泊まることができます。ホテル設置のWiFiが遅くて安定しないことがあります。改善されるとありがたいです。

スタッフの対応は良かったです。ただ、部屋の掃除は日によって少し偏りがありました。

バスタブがきちんと洗われていなかった。髪の毛がついたままでした。スティックコーヒーの補充がなかった。使用済みカップを洗ったものと交換してもらえなかった。Wi-Fiスピードが速く快適だった。

設備よい。清潔。朝食高いわりに内容少ない

中心地から近く交通の便も良いホテルでした。清掃も行き届いており朝食も充実してましたが、ひとつだけ難点が・・・シャワー＆洗面スペースがすごく臭かったです。排水管に問題があるとしたら他の部屋も同じかもしれません。

Staff is excellent. We met guys from two shifts and I can’t be happier with ether one of them. So if I miss names: George, Anna Lena, and Anna made me feel like at home.

For mig er Josefshof det eneste sted at bo, når jeg er i Wien. Det er som at komme hjem. Personalet gør alt for at få dig til at føle dig velkommen. Værelserne er hyggeligt indrettede. Komfortable senge der garanterer en god nattesøvn. Morgenmaden er et kapitel for sig. Alting er lækkert og indbydende.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Wien. Toplage, zuvorkommendes Personal, sauberes Zimmer, qualitative hochwertiges Frühstück,....

Helles, geräumiges und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Bad ist sehr modern und sehr sauber – nur das Duschen war anfangs etwas kompliziert, bis man herausgefunden hat, wie das System funktioniert. Das Frühstück war einfach großartig – es gibt wirklich alles, und was man dort nicht findet, existiert wahrscheinlich gar nicht. Alles ist sehr stilvoll gestaltet, und in jeder Ecke entdeckt man etwas Schönes – fast wie eine kleine Zeitreise. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Parken ist sehr bequem – in Wien ein echter Schatz!

So pleased we picked this hotel for our Vienna 8 night stay. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff at reception. All the staff we encountered, from reception to the people working the breakfast shift, to the house clearing staff were happy and friendly. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. Our room was very clean and serviced daily. The breakfast was AMAZING. The best we encountered in all our month long European trip - and one of the best we have ever encountered in our world travels (close second to the breakfast at the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong). Location wise, a short walk around the corner finds you at a tram stop to see the around Vienna (the tram system is fantastic in Vienna). But even if you don't want to use the tram, many interesting sites are still walkable. From the hotel, there are many dining options close by and a supermarket very close as well. We took a taxi from airport to the hotel... that was about 65 euro. Then taxi to the train station was about 19 euro. One small point of feedback - if they just placed a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom, and a shelf to place our toiletry bags, it would make one's stay even better!
