Great location and family resort

Room was clean but the bed was hard & uncomfortable - a deluxe room you would think the bed would be soft or at least have a good topper!! The air conditioner was set to 1 temperature, maintenance was supposed to come to fix it but they were a no show & it was cold & windy during our stay. Some of the cocktails at some bars are premix from the tap for the price we paid also very disappointed. This resort has sooo much potential disappointed to see that instead of getting better after Covid it has actually gotten worse. It is a beautiful island with amazing views, our stay was good but could have been better. Oh and do not get the garlic prawn pizza it is just pizza base sauce & a few prawns so extremely disappointed when we got it.

Good for a short stay. Not many restaurant options but beach and view is nice.

It’s a lovely place. The staff are fabulous - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We loved going kayaking and the food is good too. We thoroughly recommend it.

This is still a great destination. Rooms are clean and spacious and grounds well maintained. The breakfasts were the big let down. Hot foods, eggs, bacon, etc were cold from the servery and coffee often only luke warm. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Relax

The island has everything you need for food and activities. We spent 3 full days there and feel that was enough, the snorkelling was a highlight for our kids and us. The food was expensive as expected on an island but delicious. The pool was quite cold and only 1 of the 3 days we were there the spa was warm which was disappointing

Day dream island was beautiful and amazing rooms clean food delicious but very expensive and you sort of get sick of eating the same food staff where lovely but a language issue with staff that arnt 100 percent speaking English

We had a fabulous time and the staff were faultless. We would have enjoyed the rumbah being open as it was closed for 90% of our trip but otherwise we had a great time.

Not a lot of help!!!! I left a few items behind in the room set message no reply.. No long mirror in the room no fly screens which you couldn't open the door . Would we stay again no

Expect your expectation to 3.5-star resort to enjoy your stay the resort is not well maintained and old in some parts The stuff are burned out and some with poor customer service

We loved our stay, beautiful, relaxing and fun

The resort is a great place to relax, amazing food and drinks. Staff need more attention to detail when asked a question. Overall rating 8 out of 10

The food was awful. Many of the breakfast items at the buffet were cold. The coffee was warm or cold if you didn’t get there when the pots were freshly put out. The food at the two restaurants were below average and they were both a true disappointment especially for the cost. I expect to pay more for food at a resort, but it should be tasty.

Second time visiting and we love it!

The staff make it, they are exceptional especially the marine biologists. Can’t thank them enough and the island has just enough to do for a 4 night stay to keep the kids busy. We willl be back.

Slightly run down and not clean. Service is below par.

Room was neglected- we had ants and cockroaches. The bath was so warn there was a black patch that we covered with a face washer (preventing the water draining through) Food was expensive, kids only eat for free if you dine in-but the restaurants (only two options) were booked out for in house dining and the buffet was terrible (my 8 year old could cook better)
