ビジネス出張で利用しました。ホテルはダウンタウンの中心エリアにあり、コンベンションセンターやガスランプ地区、サンディエゴの見どころへのアクセスも良いです。次回も利用したいと思います。

ダウンタウン中心地なので、騒音は想像以上でした。爆音の車や話し声、近隣のお店の音楽など。静かになる夜中3時半以降でないと眠ることができないほどでした。枕元に耳栓がありましたが、、、。ベッドも枕が高すぎてまったく快適ではありませんでした。

小ぶりでお洒落なホテルで、とても快適。ルーフトップも雰囲気が最高です。 空調がもう少し柔軟に設定できればよかった。少し寒かったです。

ダウンタウンにあり、ロケーションはまあまあです。従業員は若い人が多く、可もなく不可もなく…部屋は綺麗でバスタブもあり、快適に過ごせます。 野外プールと小さいバーが有りますので、軽くのんびりするには良かったです。

寝るだけだったので、快適にすごせました。 アップグレードもしてもらえました。 レシートをメールしてもらえるとの事でしたが、もらってません。

Bed was great.Room was great. Didn’t eat there. Had drinks on the roof top patio and bar. It was great.

Staff was great, rooftop was nice with good vibes. Room was nice except the AC wasn’t working well the first night and the hallway was stuffy and had a smell. Over all the hotel was good and I’d go back again. I was surprised to see the amount of homelessness around the area and the streets were dirty. They kept it off the block but it was 1 block either direction. I felt safe at the property itself. Staff was wonderful and helpful!!

Comfortable, great rooftop pool area, close to very efficient public transportation.

Nice hotel for the area. We went to a Padres game, which was a short walk away. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff was a bit unengaged.

Great location in the Gaslamp District. Easy access to tons of amazing shops, restaurants and bars. Museums, parks and zoos nearby as well as Petco stadium. Service was top notch and I loved the rooftop pool. One of the best places I’ve stayed at recently!!

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve seen for an affordable price. The room was a lil too warm for my taste and the hallways was a lil stuffy.

had bed bugs, my friends and i got bitten. The ac was also broken and all they offrered us was a broken fan that fell on my friends head. They never let us know when the ac unit was up and running and this was in the summer time may 2025

Great customer service, comfortable bed they had complementary snacks, overall good experience.

No me cumplieron mi reserva de una habitación con dos camas, cuando llegue me dijeron q ya no tenían cuartos con dos camas… luego el sofá cama fue PÉSIMO!!, viejo y los resortes se me encajaban en la espalda

They put Expedia users in the worst rooms. Mine was 401 next to elevators and you could hear the elevator all night long come roaring by. It wasn’t soft it was loud

The AC was broken all day and night, sweating all night. No towels in the room upon check in and super dusty and not properly cleaned. Very disappointing.
