快適に過ごせました． しいて難点をあげれば，バスターミナルから少し遠いことです． その他はとてもいいホテルでした． 立地も海岸に面して，のんびりくつろぐには最高です．

A beautiful resort property with great amenities. Staff was superb. Thank you Nuno- he went above and beyond to help us with an excellent room. We loved it and will definitely return

Loved everything about our stay in the hotel But they need to fix all the missing tiles at the bottom of the outdoor pool. For a 5 star hotel this was very shabby looking disappointing. However the staff was fabulous the room beautiful and the location perfect.

Der Empfang könnte besser sein. Leider wurden wir nicht darüber informiert, dass sich unser Zimmer im Nachbargebäude befindet, sodass wir zunächst verwirrt waren, bis uns die hilfsbereite und freundliche Gouvernante half. Es war auch enttäuschend, dass sich die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht ausschalten ließ. Der Frühstücksservice war sehr gut. Es gab eine gute Auswahl. Der Kellner mit seinem brasilianischen Akzent war stets sehr aufmerksam und gut gelaunt und sorgte gleich morgens für positive Energie. Er wies auch sehr gut darauf hin, dass es ein Problem mit den Möwen gab und immer jemand am Tisch sein sollte, was sehr vorbildlich war. Abschließend muss ich den Service im Restaurant am Abend loben. Sie sollten sehr dankbar sein, einen so guten Kellner zu haben (er ist Portugiese, spricht aber auch perfekt Englisch). Er ist sehr aufmerksam, kümmert sich hervorragend um alle Gäste und berät hervorragend. Wirklich erstklassiger Service! Auch die Küche ist ausgezeichnet; das Essen war außergewöhnlich. Ein grosses Lob an Ihre Mitarbeiter. Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist natürlich phänomenal, dies aufgrund der super Lage.

Excellent location and helpful staff..only major downside is the bad smell of room and hallway (had to keep window opened)..breakfast is also nice..

Beautiful hotel. Only bar was open for dining. Food was fair.

We were very impressed with the location of this hotel - front row seats to 24-hour ocean waves. There was a glitch with the water/pipes in the wing we were in and we had to move rooms. The staff was apologetic and amazing in their professionalism to find solutions that worked. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Every room has a balcony I think. The seagulls float in the outdoor pool which is kind of nasty but since it’s January we didn’t plan on swimming out there. The location to local eateries is very close too which is a bonus. The tile work on the walls at floor 0 and up to floor 5 is amazing. I recommend this hotel to people. We enjoyed our stay very much. The village is beautiful. The people and staff are nice!

We visit the hotel end of Dec 2024. The rooms have a nice view over the beach. We enjoyed our stay and did not encounter any issues.

Oceanview rooms is great. Much dust on the furniture in the room. Several mornings, no new coffee cups. Very good beds and clean sheets and towels.
