とにかくフロントの男性スタッフは親切！顔を合わせれば必ず、声をかけてくれる。困ったことには、必ず対応してくれる。タクシーも、ホテルと関係があるところを呼んでくれたと思う。メーターがないので不安だったが、最初に交渉して、いくらか決めてから乗ったが、帰りのタクシーと比較しても妥当な値段もしくは割安だった。 写真では、普通のホテルのように見えるが、そこまで、お値段のわりに上等なホテルではない。玄関はせまく、気を付けないと通り過ぎる感じ。電子レンジやグラスなども準備してもあり、ウイークリーマンションのような感じ。エレベーターホールはとても上等な感じはしないが、部屋は広く、バスタブもあった。 近所に両替するところや、25時まであいているマーケット、安く食べられるフードコートのようなところもあり、便利だった。朝食つきプランで、パンやフルーツをたくさん楽しめた。

O hotel é muito bem localizado, da para fazer tudo a pé....o metrô tombalada fica 2 quarteirões, shopping e muitos restaurantes na região, além de lojas de conveniência, farmácia e casas de câmbio. O hotel é estilo apart, mas serve café da manhã, inclui boas opções! O quarto é amplo, segregado da sala/cozinha e banheiro, muito bem limpo. Água quente e sistema de aquecimento por meio de ar condicionado, muito eficiente. Possui frigobar e a água da torneira é potável, de acordo com a recepção. Excelente custo benefício!

El hotel muy bien ubicado, muy buen desayuno, buen servicio en general. Lo único es que no funcionaba la caja de seguridad, pero me ofrecieron cambiarme de cuarto.

This is a small basic budget hotel with no leisure facilities or gym, so ideal for anyone wanting B&B basic lodging while in Santiago and it's walking distance from Tobalaba metro (Red Line 4) and a large shopping mall. My room was very spacious and great value for money, included a kitchen and large bedroom and breakfast is included in room rate. I had all I needed, except the wi-fi wasn't working at all throughout the hotel during my stay, the staff were very apologetic and explained that it was provided by an outside company and that they had been experiencing problems with it. I can imagine it was a nuisance for any business guests. The breakfast was fine, plenty on offer for price paid and expected, nice comfortable seating area and garden outside is open during nicer weather. El Golf metro station is a short walk away down the other way towards Las Condes and there are plenty of restaurants around and bars. Very good location for anybody coming to Santiago for first time or returning to the city for business or pleasure.

Nada culpa do hotel, mas a internet caiu na quarta feira e não voltou

Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo e com pessoal muito cordial e atencioso. Apesar do bom tamanho do quarto, o banheiro é muito pequeno e, no meu caso, havia um vazamento de água do boxe para a "área seca" do banheiro, que reportei desde o primeiro dia de hospedagem, mas nada foi feito, deixando o banheiro todo molhado a cada banho.

This 3 stars hotel is situated in a convenient and safe area of Santiago with a lot of amazing restaurants. The breakfast buffet was copious and the stafff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to other tourists because it is good value for money.

Todo muy bien, solo que pague con desayuno incluido y lo sirven a partir de las 7 am, yo debia salir desde las 6.
