初めての宿泊ですがホテルは快適で申し分ありませんでした。ホテルの周りは大使館や高級住宅街のためショッピングや観光向きではありません。

１．全ての欲しい設備（湯沸かし、アイロン）が揃っていて、従業員の対応もとても良　　　い。 ２．バスタブも希望通り。 ３．朝食＆レストランとも、とても良い。 ４．閑静な高級住宅地の中にあり、治安は全く問題が無い。 　　ただ、市街地からは結構遠く、タクシーで２０～３０分＝１５～２０REI程度。 ５．お値段も、１０、０００円／１泊以下程度で、タクシー代を考えてもリーゾナブル。

The property and staff were excellent. The front desk staff was outstanding as was the sales staff who helped prepare a crucial presentation.

Mi aspettavo meglio per un 4 stelle. Camera non era stata pulita. Palestra molto scadente. Parcheggio un po' lontano tra vari edifici all'interno di una zona delimitata con sbarre che la mattina presto non apre nessuno!!. Occorre farsi aprire dall'hotel

The hotel has all the comfort you’d expect from Ramada. The access is difficult, and the parking lot is far from the entrance.

The staff in this hotel are really very customer friendly and really do make you welcome. The service is great at the front desk, restaurant, and also from housekeeping. Spotlessly clean at all times and the food in the restaurant is always a great quality. Air conditioning in the rooms would be better if you could adjust it to blow cool air. This is only available in the summer months but rooms are really warm. Small point but would make all the difference.

The only thing I liked about this hotel,is the restaurant staff. The place is old and tired. I had an injury and was unable to walk, I needed to check out 2 days earlier because my room was a long walk away but they wouldn’t refund me. They said it was hotels.com that didn’t want to refund me but I had called them before and since I am a gold member hotels.com said it’s up to the hotel policy. I was also way overcharged because all the other hotel guests were paying half of what i was charged. I left the hotel and my money behind. I will NEVER stay at a Ramada again especially this one. I am also disappointed that hotels.com didn’t fight for me to get a refund especially since I was badly injured

This hotel was excellent. Went there for business and enjoyed the stay. Room service was cheaper than the restaurant!

Ramada North hotel is located directly in the middle between airport and downtown. Aprox. 1km to the nearest subway station. It is quiet, comfortable. Very close to big park.

Like many of the other chain hotels you cannot collect any points if you booked through certain services, which is ridiculous. Other than their stingy policies the hotel is very nice and quiet being situated in a diplomatic residential neighborhood. Beware of the 'free parking' however. It is situated some distance away and looked a bit shady to me. You have to pay 30 lei if you want to park right next to the hotel in a nice lot. Other than those 2 minor things it was a pleasant stay.

Tres bon hotel , personel tres agreable

Expensive for the quality of the facilities. Extremely poor WiFi connection made working from the room a very bad experience.
