About 5 min. to the Chiavari station and to the city center. Hotel people are so familiar and room was cozy. However, air conditioner is not controllable from our room due to technical problems, according to hotel front desk people. We had to call the front desk whenever we needed to turn off/on switches. We hope the technical troubles will be fixed soon.

The staff is excellent: professional, welcoming, efficient, and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was therapeutic.

Gute Eindrücke: Freundlicher Empfang, immer hilfsbereite Personen an der Rezeption, sauberes Zimmer, gutes und breites Frühstücksangebot. Überschaubar: Mein Zimmer war relativ klein, die Einrichtung war "zusammengestoppelt", der Raum strahlte keinerlei Behaglichkeit aus, das Bett war mittelmäßig bequem.

Posizione ottima, cosi come la colazione. Il gestore molto gentilmente mi ha permesso di spostare il week end nonostante avessi chiamato il mattino del giorno dell'arrivo originariamente previsto.

Prima hotel, schone kamer en erg vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid maar wel erg veel voorverpakt en veel yoghurt ongekoeld.

Small, clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic coffee and good breakfast. Only drawback is that it's on a busy street, so noisy. Would go back for sure.

We would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel! It was located a 5 minute walk from the train station, with easy access to surrounding towns — including Cinque Terre and Portofino. It was also just a quick walk to the sea and the city centre. The staff was so friendly and hospitable, and made our experience very special. The front desk was open 24 hours, and they stored our luggage for a few hours when we arrived and after we checked out. Our room was clean and comfortable and the rest of the hotel was also very clean. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you are looking for a hotel in Chiavari and we hope to be back someday!

Mycket trevlig personal som var hjälpsamma vid frågor gällande utflykter. Rummet var rent och fräscht men litet och vi bodde utmed gatan som var väldigt trafikerad. Hotellet ligger nära strand, tågstation och centrum. Parkering finns på en stor grusplan nära hotellet och är gratis.
