if you like fitness or a good swim and spa yes if you also want a room to relax in no, this is very far from what a 'delux' room should be, it is extremely small with views onto the opposite corridor and a very questionable kingsize bed. if it was half the price you wouldn't mind the tiny room but this is not a room to relax in and you do kinda feel a bit cheated. I regularly stay in spa hotels in central london for what we paid here and the rooms are twice the size with full king beds and views... everything else is done very well the room just lets it down, if you get a good deal then yes snap it up, the staff are lovely and it is a full on leisure centre

Comfortable rooms, good facilities

Rooms very clean & fresh; the Cleaners should be highly recommended; however, some of the general staff both in reception & restaurant needed a bit of training especially in customer service. I should say though George from the restaurant was very helpful. Directions to the pool & facilities were a bit hard to manoeuvre.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war ok. Die Zimmer sind klein, es gibt keine Kofferanlage und es war nicht einmal möglich 3 Winterjacken aufzuhängen weil die Garderobe winzig ist. Es gibt einen Wassetkocher, Tee und Pulverkaffee, keine Minibar. Frühstück mittelmäßig, oft wären Sachen aus und wurden nur sporadisch nachgefüllt. Mitarbeitende war bei Ankunft und am ersten Morgen im Frühstücksraum nicht besonders freundlich. Die Mitarbeitenden am zweiten Tag haben es wieder gut gemacht weil sie sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend waren. Insgesamt handelt es sich eher um ein Fitnessstudio mit Hotelbetrieb. Als Reise mit der Familie nicht geeignet. Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht damit wir mit unserem 4 jähriger Sohn auch den Pool nutzen können. Die Öffnungszeiten für Kinder sind jedoch wirklich merkwürdig und waren mit unseren Plänen nicht zu vereinbaren.

Hotel was lovely and clean, room was clean. Bed was lovely to sleep in. All the staff were friendly and polite. Really enjoy staying here, will stay again.

Beds could be more comfortable, but clean and great to have access to the leisure centre.

Lovely clean hotel with great facilities. The staff were welcoming at check in and this was very swift.

Lovely staff, good breakfast and clean room. Good value for money, only negative is the car park and leisure facilities are full of leisure club members whereby it felt less like a hotel than a room annexed to a leisure club.

The lights went off during the night in the room. I think they could have put a note under the door to advise as they still weren’t on when I left at 7.30 am . bathroom was pitch black I had to shower by the light on my phone. Use tv in bedroom for light. I’m aware this can’t be helped but no apology was given when I checked out.

Food overpriced and you couldn't move in the room it was far to small

staff was great. room was not great. little, crowded, temp was hard. Food horrible, over cooked. Only goog part was the staff, who were excellent and nice.

I stayed 2 nights overall 1st night couldn’t complain used facility’s and had food in the local area second night used faciltys. Ate in the hotel were myself and my partner had carbonara and both had food poisoning . Being sick from eating and being on toilet.

The room was a good size for 2 with a comfortable bed, and we had a nice bathroom with a lovely hot shower. My wife and I enjoyed using the gym and regret not using the pool - we will do next time I come, which is a dead cert. We had lunch in the bar on arrival and the food was quality. Breakfast was really good and there was plenty of choice. Finally, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Highky recommended.
