La douche était bouchée et le robinet était percé le lit était assez confortable mais les murs sont pas très épais du coup on entendait des gémissements de la chambre d’à côté ……

Je n’ai pas pris de petit déjeuner !

Very nice check-in at 2am after out flight was delayed.

Extremely run down. Bathroom floor looked like it was under construction & furniture kept snagging my clothes if you're standing near it. Shower door didn't shut properly so water very wet floor after.. no shampoo or conditioner - only soap provided. Far from everything so taxi is needed & very difficult to catch on street so need hotel to call for you with surcharge. Hallways have super dirty carpets. Staff was nice! Beds were accurately comfortable too! Good hot water + shower pressure. Enough space. Breakfast was tasty just not enough utensils, etc... Just can't believe it's an ibis comparing to their other locations around the world. (Think old motel type) Pricey. Survivable for 1-2 nights... These are all easy fixes if u wanna stay in business, so not sure why it's being neglected yet charging customers...

Hotel ibis marrakech la palmeraie tres belle Hotel les chambres au normes comme en France calme les marocains et jeunesse marocaine aiment faire la fete peu de touristes. Tres calme a la sortie de marrakech direction casablanca commerce 1.8 km piscine.

Staff are amazing. Location is great. This is my hotel when I am in Marakech. Beautiful pool . Nice breakfast. Ayoub the manager does everything he can to answer my requests.
