Like renting an apartment house. There were four beds, TVs, one bath room and 2 shower rooms.

I guess this is renovation hotel, Every room is renovated excellently. Our room has very high ceiling, so I feel as very spacious room. But shower room is very small.

ホテルは旧市街にあり、徒歩で観光地を巡ることができます。 抜群の立地でお勧めです。 部屋は、エアコンがなく、さすがに蒸し暑く感じました。 エアコンの替わりに空気清浄機のような大型の機械が置いてありましたが、使用すると 大きな音が出てびっくり。 バスタブの無い部屋でしたが、1泊でしたから我慢しました。 部屋は天上が高く、しつらえも雰囲気がよく、素敵なホテルだと思います。 スタッフの方も笑顔で挨拶してくださり、古都グラーツのよい思い出となりました。

3人で4泊させていただきました。ベットが3つあるか心配しましたが，らせん階段で上がったロフトに2ベット，下の階にソファーベットが1台用意されていました。ロフトにはエアコンもついていて，下の部屋も冷えるようになっていました。バスタブはありませんでしたが，バスルームもとても広々していました。ホテルのスタッフは女性ばかりで，みな感じが良かったです。ホテルの部屋がすべて違うそうなので，いつかまた別の部屋にも泊まってみたいです。

旧市街の中心にありベストな立地、中世の街並みにしっくり溶け込んでいます。ホテルスタッフのハートフルなもてなしは素晴らしい!!!

螺旋階段でリビングルームとベットルームが繋がっているという部屋に初めて宿泊しました．おもしろい経験を致しました．

Good, small hotel in a quiet part of the old town. No traffic noise, and good rooms with comfortable beds. Good breakfast as well.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. It is very odd that reception would close at 9 pm, but we found a way to get me the keys. Highly recommended

Lovely spacious rooms.

Well located in a quiet road. Room was comfortable, breakfast good with gluten free bread available if asked for. The only minor downside is there was no bar to relax and have a night cap. That said there is a minibar in the room and plenty bars nearby.

Premium room and food at a reasonable price. Everything we wanted to see and enjoy was close and the day to get to. The staff was very pleasant and could speak English. We never had a problem communicating what we needed.

The location is great overall. It's very close to the city center, but far enough from the city noise. The building is quite old, so I noticed that part of the floor is slightly slanted and the room layout is a bit strange because of a column. But it gives the place a nice charm. The staff was nice too. If location matters to you, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Utmerket hotell med overraskende veldig bra frokost

Ein kleines, gehobenes Hotel. Sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliche, nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Die Suite hat alles was man braucht bis hin zum Whirlpool. Sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet.
