It was good! Everything was clean and central location

The breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausages. The hot tub was very small and in a stuffy room in the back. Not enjoyable at all. The rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t great. Cheap stay but you get what you pay for.

This property is our hotel of choice in Lethbridge. The location is ideal. More importantly, staff is consistently pleasant and professional in all respects. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and very quiet! Breakfast is more than adequate. We definitely recommend this property.

Everything was very good, except for a staff coming into our room unannounced. She was not able to explain the reason for entering and left very sorry for the intrusion.

No Pool, friendly husband and wife staff

Overall the stay was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the property was very clean. The only negative I can report is that the hot tub discoloured my swimsuit but other than that the stay was perfect.

We had noisy walker above us for 30 minutes at 1:30 am

This hotel is a gem. The service is excellent. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is good. Parking is good and feels safe. Good prices. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when visiting Lethbridge.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, good water pressure. Front desk staff were just not all there. They were never at the front when the doors were locked so if you forgot your key or ordered Uber you couldn’t have it delivered to your door. I had to go down and get my partner because nobody was there to buzz him in. At night the staff was almost always hiding in the back or in the morning eating breakfast at the desk which I thought was unprofessional. We weren’t told where the gym was. We weren’t told about the hot tub when checking in. She couldn’t figure out how to put the deposit on a credit card and then pay the room Stay on debit. She wouldn’t fully listen to what I was asking for or what I was saying so check-in was not like easy breezy. They have a room with a hot tub, which is fine, but this place doesn’t actually have a pool, which was one of our filters selected on the app. This is probably the worst part, the Wi-Fi is trash like it disconnects all the time stops working. We were there for five days and had to login every single time we came back from doing anything or when the Wi-Fi would just cut. The breakfast was not great, there’s not much more to say than that. It’s a good hotel for the price you pay, staff could use a refresher, mostly night shift. Breakfast could use a little upgrade and Wi-Fi definitely needs an upgrade.
