The hotel is conveniently located at a walking distance of all mayor landmarks in downtown Puebla, that convenience is also a downside if you stay in the rooms with windows to the street because you will have noisy nights.

Nuestra estancia en Hotel Boutique Casona de la China Poblana fue absolutamente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal fue increíblemente atento, amable y profesional, haciendo que nos sintiéramos verdaderamente bienvenidos. La habitación era hermosa, impecable y llena de detalles que reflejan el encanto histórico del lugar, combinados con un gran nivel de confort. La ubicación es perfecta para explorar el centro histórico de Puebla, y el ambiente del hotel es tranquilo, elegante y auténtico. Sin duda, este hotel elevó por completo nuestra experiencia en la ciudad. Recomendamos este lugar sin dudarlo y esperamos regresar en el futuro.

1.- Estacionamiento., La persona insiste mucho en que deje la llave, cuando claramente busque hotel que no tuviera esa condición. 2.- Explique la situación en recepción y mal el asistente ya que dice que así debe ser, aún cuando le invite a revisar en expedia donde dice que no es con valet. 3.- 7pm ya no hay restaurante, aún cuando mi intención era no salir, tuve que hacerlo para buscar donde cenar. Habitación bien, promedio y acorde a lo pagado.

Nice enough. Huge rooms in character. I was disappointed by the bathrooms. They were modern nd functional but not in keeping with the historic vibe. The only reason to Stan the center. But other than that a solid choice.

La arquitectura del hotel es muy adoc a lo que se encuentra en el centro de Puebla siguiendo con la línea de edificios a su alrededor, la ubicación es muy buena, los principales puntos importantes del centro quedan muy accesibles caminando y segura por la noches, el personal muy atento y amable, no tuvimos problemas con los servicios que ofrecen ni de ningún tipo.

La atencion de todo el personal impecable, el desayuno incluido es a la carta y puedes seleccionar entre huevos omelette o chilaquiles , incluye fruta cafe y jugo, a solo unos pasos del zocalo y la catedral

Great location. Very large clean room. Staff was friendly. Restaurant in hotel was excellent.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, el personal es muy amable y las instalaciones te hacen sentir en otra época y la habitación que nos tocó era súper amplia y muy cómoda y equipada. Lamentablemente tuvieron un inconveniente y el día que nos hospedamos no hubo agua caliente pero se desvivieron en atenciones para compensarlo. Conclusión vale la pena visitarlo y si volvería.

When we are in Puebla, Casona de la China Poblana is our home away from home. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The upper courtyard area is fantastic. Quiet, relaxing, and with great views of nearby colonial buildings. The restaurant is also top notch, with classic Mexican breakfasts their speciality. With only about 7 rooms, this is perfect for an extended family.

Very friendly staff. No problem checking in early. Very early in fact. Love Puebla and have visited many times and ate at the restaurant here but this was the first time lodging. One of the oldest places in Puebla but had all modern facilities. A 2 minute walk to the Zocalo.

This is an amazing and gorgeous hotel. This historic property has been updated with modern comfort. Each room is distinct and beautiful. The location could not be better for exploring central historic Puebla by foot. The staff were gracious, helpful and absolutely lovely. If you are visiting Puebla, this is the place to stay.

buena ubicación, todo cerca, la propiedad es muy limpia y el servicio muy bueno, el único problema es el estacionamiento se satura muy rápido, y no aceptan camionetas grandes, el resto excelente

Loved this hotel, close to the square. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Cookies, comp water, fruit juice and fresh fruit were a lovely touch in the room. AC worked great. Breakfast was lovely. Drinks were on par. Only issue was we were locked out of the hotel for 15 mins. on a Saturday night in the rain at 10:45pm. We had a late dinner reservation and we rang the door bell and clicked the knocker several times. We had to call the main hotel line several times to gain enterance. Location was excellent.
