It was so convenient that I would like to use it again. The breakfast was relatively substantial. The waffles were chewy and soft. I also liked that there was a coffee machine at the front desk.

空港から車で約3分のところにあるホテルで、アクセスはとてもよかったです。 レンタカーを借りれば全く問題ないですが、もし借りないのであれば、ダウンタウンとは少し離れているのと、近くにスーパーとかがないのでちょっとした買い物にはやや不便です。 フロントのスタッフもとても親切で、ロストパッケージした対応もしてくれて本当に助かりました。 空港へのシャトル送迎も快く引き受けてくれ、とても気持ちよく利用できました。 朝食もアメリカのホテルでは一般的な内容ですが、満足できるレベルです。 コーヒーも24時間飲み放題なのがとてもよかったです。 部屋は寒い事はなく、シャワーのお湯も安定していて使いやすかったです。 また利用したいと思います。

Good: Very courteous and helpful staff. 24hrs airport shuttle service. Close to airport and grocery stores. Nearby area is safe. Good breakfast in morning, Comfortable bed. Bad: Lack of maintenance. Our room carpet was ripped and was a safety hazard. Fixtures in shower tub needed repairs. First room had weed smell. Cannot even stand in bathroom. Previous guest smoked weed in bathroom. Front desk initially suggested, weed is legal in Alaska and it must be from outside but promptly changed the room.

The room attendants weren’t cleaning rooms daily. On days they were dumping trash from room they didn’t make the bed. Even though the schedule was pointed the do’s were not all done. The staff was very helpful and kind.

La primera habitación muy sucia, un olor muy fuerte a perros, muchos pelos en toda la habitación y el piso sucio lleno de pelos de animal en todas partes, nos cambiaron a otra muy amables y estuvo mucho mejor.

The woman at the front was so nice. I felt like a grandma would be making sure everything was safe at the whole hotel. This will be our go to.

Convenient to airport!

We checked in and our room was 51 degrees! After talking with the front desk they moved us to another room which was just the opposite hot and could not get the temperature to go down so opened the window .. heard the traffic all night and early morning. We are seniors traveling and for the price of the room it was not a good stay!!! Also breakfast was lacking the first morning.

The breakfast was good and nice to have. However things kept breaking like the coffee machine in the lobby and the entire laundry room. How the entire laundry room with 3 washers and 4 dryers was out of order at the same time, you got me! Our door lock also had issues.

The room had black mold in the shower and my thought was hurting when I woke up. I noticed the black mold in the shower in the morning. This is the first day of a 12 day experience for me and you have ruined it by making me sick. When I told the staff they said “ok, we will look into it” and made no attempts to rectify for us. I am beyond disappointed by this.

Room was never tried cleaning 4days. Breakfast is not continental.
