The bedding and towels and cups - cleanliness was great. The door security chain was broken. It was difficult to understand the owners (Language accent). No breakfast on the weekend although that I was not advised before I came. The owners refunded the monies I paid for breakfast. The immediate gardens were beautiful.

overpriced for what it is

Very friendly staff, amazing customer service!

I would struggle to give this place one star. It was filthy dirty, broken cracked tiles, damage throughout, disgusting stains of some sort on the lounge. The shower leaked and things like dirty curtains, dirt in corners of the room, a disgustingly filthy microwave oven. We felt we didn't want to touch or use anything or any surface in the room. We booked in late after a long drive, stayed one night of a two-night booking and left the next day. I have stayed at Best Westerns before and always found them clean and comfortable, but this place was terrible and had obviously not been cleaned thoroughly in some time. I will probably never stay with Best Western again after this experience. I'm sure Best Western would not like their name and reputation to be associated with a Motel that provides such a poor and dirty standard of accommodation,

Stained bedding staff very rude

Just stayed overnight. Easy to get to. Only issue is the rooms are not well directed so had to walk around the entire property quietly before we could find the room. Also, seemed like anyone could get in and out of the property unchecked… bit of a worry.

This is the second time I have stayed at this motel. Rooms are clean and tidy. It gives good value for my money. Recommended,

The room was comfortable & clean & the bed was great. What I found lacking was crockery & utensils. I stayed for a number of nights & had bought food when I wasn't eating out. I had to buy a bowl to eat my cereal & luckily I carry utensils in my car.

Room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. Overall property bit dated but has huge potential. Gardens bit neglected. Room had microwave but no cutlery and crockery, so whatever you were going to cook or heat you couldn’t eat as no cutlery. No toaster. Advertised pool, but it was not useable. Advertised restaurant/bar but that was permanently closed. So, for just a room, I found it to be a bit on the expensive side.

We enjoyed the convenience of being clise to Ipswich Hospital. This helped us greatly for visiting a sick relative.

Although the room had a microwave there was no cutlery or crockery to eat it with only 2 tumblers wine glasses and mugs and no toaster very disappointing

I liked the garden. The people next door had their television on all night and as there was a locked door in the wall between their room and ours I kept waking up and struggled to sleep all night.
